Turkish column enters the Syrian territory and heads to its control point within the demilitarized area that the Turks failed to persuade the “jihadis” to leave it

Hama Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory monitored on Tuesday morning the entry of a military convoy of 20 military vehicles and equipment from the Kafrluseen crossing near the Syrian – Turkish border to the Turkish observation post in the countryside of Morek town in the northern countryside of Hama, within the continued fortification by the Turkish Forces for their points north and west of Syria, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 17th of October 2018 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has been monitoring the Turkish – Russian agreement and its consequences, of deployment or opening of crossings, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the departure of a military column of Turkish forces from their point in Morek area in the northern countryside of Hama, passing through Khan Shaykhun area in the southern countryside of Idlib, and heading towards the Turkish point in Shir Mghar area in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and the column includes military equipment and tools, and it comes hours after the arrival of a military column of the Turkish Forces at dawn on today, Wednesday, the 17th of October 2018, to the Turkish observation post in Morek area in the northern countryside of Hama, where Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the arrival of a military convoy of the Turkish Forces at dawn on Wednesday, the 17th of October, at the Turkish observation post in Morek area in the northern countryside of Hama, where this column had entered the Syrian territory on Tuesday through Bab al-Hawa border crossing with Iskenderun, and then headed towards the Turkish checkpoints in the area before reaching dawn at Morek, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the arrival of the Turkish column to Morek coincided with anticipation of reopening of Morek crossing north of Hama in the next few hours, where the crossing connects factions’ controlled areas with the regime forces, where Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham used to controlling the crossing before withdrawing form it weeks ago, where the crossing is supposed to be used for moving between factions’ controlled areas and regime forces’-controlled areas; and for the transportation of trucks and cars for trade.

The Syrian Observatory monitored Russia’s supervision of Naseeb and al-Quneitra crossings, which were opened on the 15th of October 2018, with Jordan and the occupied Syrian Golan, and the Syrian Observatory monitored Russia’s supervision earlier at Abu al-Duhur crossing, which links areas of control of both the regime and the factions in the eastern countryside of Idlib, after which hundreds of the citizens returned to their villages and towns in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, during the control of the regime forces and their allies of the area by a military operation months ago.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored 2 weeks ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of 30 trucks loaded with concrete blocks, they entered from Bab al-Hawa border crossing north of Idlib and headed towards its points in the north of Syria, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also published on the 3rd of October ago that the  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a new Turkish column to Syrian territory through the border area of Kafrluseen north of Idlib after midnight of yesterday, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the column headed to the Turkish point in Shir Magar in the western countryside of Hama as a reinforcement, where the column includes several vehicles and soldiers, where the Turkish point in Shir Magar has witnessed continuous reinforcements lately, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 25th of September 2018 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a new military column of the Turkish to the Syrian territory through Bab al-Hawa border crossing with Iskenderun, where the column consists of more than 40 military vehicles entered after midnight of yesterday and headed toward the Turkish point in Shir Magar area in Hama countryside, where the entry of this column comes in conjunction with underway preparations for carrying out the Russian – Turkish agreement in the coming weeks, it also comes after the  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a military convoy of the Turkish Forces through Kafrluseen border crossing north of Idlib after midnight of yesterday, where the column included about 15 military vehicles (including 6 tanks) and went towards the Turkish point in Shir Magar area in Shashabo Mountain in the western countryside of Hama, the column was then split into two parts; one left at Shir Magar point and the other one headed towards Ishtabraq point.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 13th of September 2018 that a new Turkish column entered the Syrian territory through Kafrluseen border crossing north of Idlib, where the column entered on Thursday morning, the 13th of September 2018, and it was divided into two parts: one of which went towards the Turkish point in the northern countryside of Hama and the other one headed towards al-Sarman point in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man city, and the Turkish column includes tanks, military equipment, and logistics.
