Areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces of Hama, Latakia, Idlib, and Aleppo, are witnessing continuous violations in various areas, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring targeting by the regime forces suing several artillery shells for areas in Morek town and its vicinity in the northern countryside of Hama, where several shells fell less than 1 km away of the Turkish observation post within the demilitarized area, also the factions targeted by several rocket shells sites of the regime forces in Tal Bazam and Ma’an area in the northern countryside, also the regime forces opened their heavy machineguns’ fire again on areas in al-Lataminah town in the same countryside, while regime forces renewed the shelling on areas in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations within areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia after a cautious calm prevailed since after midnight of yesterday until this morning, where the regime forces targeted using heavy machine guns places in the vicinity of al-Lataminah and Morek towns in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties yet. And in the same context; the “jihadi” factions and groups maintain their positions and points within the demilitarized area, extending from the northeastern mountains of Latakia, passes through Hama and Idlib until the northwestern suburbs of Aleppo city, amid attempts -which still unsuccessful- by the Turkish intelligence to persuade these factions to withdraw from the demilitarized area, and the Syrian Observatory published on Sunday evening that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces on the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce, violating it once again, where the SOHR monitored shelling by the regime forces targeting areas in the outskirts of Al-Lataminah town, and other areas in M’aarkaba village, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, after shelling that targeted in the past hours, Murak area within the demilitarized zone in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while explosions were heard in the area where they were caused by shelling on areas in the southern sector of Aleppo countryside, while the Syrian Observatory monitored targeting to the controlled areas of the regime forces by firearms which injured a citizen woman amid information about her death, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored new violations by the regime forces, where they targeted by artillery and mortar shells, areas in the vicinity of Qalaat al-Madiq, in the north-western countryside of Hama as well as Lahaya village in the northern countryside of Hama, both of which are located within the demilitarized zone, along with opening the fire of heavy machineguns by the regime forces on places in Kabani area in Jabal Al-Akrad in the north-eastern countryside of Lattakia.

And the Syrian Observatory also published hours ago, that areas of the Russian – Turkish truce are witnessing violation again by the regime forces, after a calm prevailed its areas since after midnight of yesterday, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new violations by the regime forces by targeting areas in Om Jalal and al-Sukayk villages and their surroundings, in conjunction with shelling targeted the vicinity of Morek town and places in the vicinity of al-Lataminah and the vicinity of the villages of Lahaya and Atshan in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, where “jihadis” continue to refuse letting the displaced people return it, but no information about casualties.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also published today morning, Sunday, that the Calm prevails since yesterday in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the provinces of Idlib, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia, following an unprecedented escalation in the past two days by both parties of the conflict since the 17th of September 2018; the date of Putin – Erdogan agreement, which came as the “Jihadis” still refrain from getting out of the demilitarized, area despite the Turkish attempts -which failed- to persuade these “jihadi” factions to leave their positions and withdraw from the demilitarized area, which extends from the northeastern mountains of Latakia, passes through Hama and Idlib, until the northwestern suburbs of Aleppo city, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last night that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces returned to carry out violations to the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, within the demilitarized zone, where they targeted the north-eastern sector of Lattakia countryside, where the shells fell on places in the areas of Kabani and Tuffahiyeh, in the north-eastern countryside of Lattakia, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published on the afternoon of the 27th of October 2018, that violations of the Russian – Turkish truce in the four provinces continue out without being stopped by its guarantors, amid their failure to control it, and the shelling is escalating by both parties, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces targeted again areas in al-Tamanah town in the southern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in the towns of Morek and Lahaya in the northern countryside of Hama, also the Syrian Observatory monitored intensive shelling in a continuous escalation, which is one of the heaviest escalation on the demilitarized area and the rest of the Russian – Turkish truce areas; since the 17th of September 2018, where areas in the vicinity of Morek, Lahaya, Atshan and al-Tamanah in the countryside of Hama and Idlib were targeted by 100 shells since dawn of today, while the regime forces targeted using heavy machine guns places in Kabana area in the northeastern countryside of Latakia within the demilitarized area.
