The International Coalition kills 14 civilians -more than half of them are children and women- in the enclave of ISIS and raises the death toll to 82 since the start of the operations in the area

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the International Coalition warplanes carried out a massacre in Hajin town and the towns of al-Susah and Sha’afah which are located in the last enclave of the “Islamic State” organization on the east banks of Euphrates River before today’s afternoon, where the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of 14 civilians by warplanes, including 5 children under the age of eighteen and 5 women, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring the killing of 9 members of the “Islamic State” organization in bombing by International Coalition warplanes on other areas of the same enclave, raising to 82, the number of those killed by the international coalition warplanes since the 10th of September 2018, in strikes by the International Coalition on two mosques and a Koranic institute in al-Susah town within the ISIS-enclave in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and the majority of them are of Iraqi nationality including families of ISIS members, and in strikes targeted a house in al-Bobadran village and in raids on Hajin and other areas of the last enclave of ISIS east of the Euphrates, in addition to 2 children who were killed in shelling by SDF on the ISIS enclave.

The Syrian Observatory monitored today the heaviest artillery and aerial bombardment and shelling by the International Coalition, which targeted areas in the last enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization at the east banks of Euphrates River, where the Coalition Forces targeted since yesterday night, the 2nd of November 2018, by hundreds of shells, missiles, and raids the last ISIS-enclave of the Organization at the east bank of Euphrates, where this is considered the heaviest bombardment and shelling since the 10th of October 2018, the date of the start of the intense counterattacks by the Organization, through which it regained all what it lost since the start of the Coalition operation east of Euphrates, while logistical and military preparations continue to start a military operation against the last enclave of the Organization east of Euphrates.

This intense bombardment comes in the wake of massive military mobilization of thousands of fighters in the vicinity of the last enclave of ISIS, where the Syrian Observatory published within the past 48 hours that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information confirmed that at least 100 members of the special forces coming from Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) have entered the contact area with the “Islamic State” Organization, at the outskirts of its last enclave on the east banks of Euphrates River, the sources confirmed that with the arrival of these fighters, it rose to 1100, the number of fighters of the special task forces of YPG and Syria Democratic Forces, in addition to more than 200 fighters of the self-defense forces, and more than 2000 fighters of al-Sh’aytat clan, in a continuation of military preparations by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces; to start a military operation against the last enclave of ISIS Organization after suspending it less than 24 hours ago temporarily, in objection at the Turkish strikes that targeted areas of Tal Abyad in the northern countryside of al-Raqqah and Ayn al-Arab (Kobani), and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also monitored the entry of about 150 trucks coming from the Syrian-Iraqi border, to areas controlled by Syria Democratic Forces, carrying logistical equipment and weapons, also the Syrian Observatory learned that the intense strikes of the International Coalition warplanes yesterday night on al-Azraq Field area have killed at least 7 members of the “Islamic State” Organization, raising the number of killed and executed persons since the 10th of September 2018, where it rose to at least 516  fighters and commanders of the “Islamic State” Organization, they were killed in the clashes and the strikes of the International Coalition and SDF since the start of the military operations on the 10th of September 2018, and also it rose to 315 at least, one of them was a field commander of Deir Ezzor Military Council of the Syria Democratic Forces, the members of the SDF who were killed in clash against ISIS, and the death toll is expected to increase as there is information about other human losses and the presence of injured cases in serious conditions.
