After its arrival to Deir Ezzor countryside, the Asayish forces brought from al-Hasakah start deploying east of the province to control the security chaos and monitor supply lines

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from several reliable sources, which confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the military forces of the internal Kurdish security forces “Asayish” which were brought from al-Hasaka Province; have arrived in Tkihi village, al-Shuhayl town, and Thiban town, where they positioned in 5 schools within the aforementioned areas which are located in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, and the intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the students and teachers were prevented from entering the schools because of the presence of security forces in them, who were brought in the past 24 hours from al-Hasaka province to be deployed in the area and control the security chaos in Deir Ezzor province; within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, which is carried out by the cells of the “Islamic State” Organization, after its previous threats on the 19th of August 2018, the reliable sources also confirmed that the process of positioning of the forces will not be limited to capturing, arresting, and terminating the sleeper cells, but will also monitored the supply lines of the Syria Democratic Forces for any attack by the Organization’s cells, to prevent them from reaching the fronts especially in the event of the bad weather conditions.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 6th of November 2018 that, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that tens of members of the internal security Kurdish forces “Asayish” brought hundreds of its members from al-Hasaka province, and transported them to the eastern and northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and the sources confirmed that this transfer of forces came after the expansion and increase of security chaos within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas in Deir Ezzor Province, where the Asayish tries to control the internal security in the area and arrest the sleeper cells involved in the assassinations of tens of civilians and fighters in several ways like kidnapping, killing, slaughtering, firing, IEDs detonation, and booby-trapped vehicle, the latest of which was what the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on Monday, the 5th of November 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new assassination against the Syria Democratic Forces in their controlled areas in Deir Ezzor province, where the Syrian Observatory learned that unidentified gunmen believed to be members of the “Islamic State” organization, opened fire on a member of the SDF in Abriha village in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, which caused his immediate death, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 19th of August 2018 that it monitored the “Islamic State” organization distributing paper leaflets and sticking them in al-Zerr village under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces east of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, the leaflets bear a circulation from the organization in “al-Khair State”, it says:

“” We all know that the oil wells that are under the power of the Caliphate or are in their close proximity are the property of the Islamic State and their incomes go to all Muslims, therefore, those who dare to steal or fight who are in charge of them by force shall be sorry, and they will be dealt with in a powerful and firm manner in accordance with the Sharia of the Lord of the World, and those who were seduced by the devil and become one of the slaves of the atheist Kurds guarding their wells with arms and contributing to the development of their economy; we believe that it is a form of the blasphemy-leading loyalty and we will kill whomever we can of them, so we recommend repentance and return to ALLAH, before the regret becomes useless.”, and this threat came in the wake of the retreats by the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern Euphrates, where the organization only controls an enclave stretching from Hajin to al-Baghuz on the eastern banks of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, also the organization still remain as sleeper cells in a separate areas in the countryside Deir Ezzor and its Desert west of Euphrates.
