The Syrian Observatory published last night that security chaos continues within Idlib province through more assassinations, killing attempts, detonations and other ways that enhance the security chaos and expand its scope even more, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an assassination attempt which targeted one of the “sharia” commanders in Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, after targeting him in the outskirts of Darkush area in the north-western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur, which resulted in injuring him, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday, Thursday, that it monitored an explosion that shook Taqad town in the western countryside of Aleppo, it turned out that it was caused by a booby-trapped vehicle explosion on the road of Taqad – al-Abzemo, which injured two people, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored unidentified gunmen shooting a man in Kafr Nabudah town in the northwestern countryside of Hama, which caused him serious injuries, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 13th of November 2018 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a child under the age of eighteen by a mine explosion in al-Janudiyyeh town in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, while others were injured in the same explosion which may raise the death toll, and this comes within the continuous security chaos in areas of control of the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the jihadis in Idlib and the surrounding countryside, raising to at least 388, the number of persons who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 91 civilians including 14 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 253 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 42 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity.

The Syrian Observatory monitored that the number of casualties of the organization and the cells rose to 102 members of ISIS and its cells who have been killed since the end of April 2018, of Syrian, Iraqi, and other non-Syrian nationalities, including at least 44 where executed by slaughtering them or directly shooting them, while the rest were killed during raids and exchange of gunfire between these cells and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the areas of Salqin, Sarmin, Sahel al-Rouj and several other areas in the countryside of Idlib, after they were arrested previously within the campaign of arrests which targeted tens of persons on charge of these accusations, and which sometimes witnessed violent clashes between members of these cells and members of Tahrir Al-Sham, as well as the executions that used to be carried out directly, or through mass targeting to positions and headquarters of these cells, and this is the first execution to be carried out within the Russian – Turkish demilitarized area, which was specified within the Russian – Turkish agreement that recently reached.

Security forces in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions of Syrian and non-Syrian nationality have repeatedly failed to control this security chaos, despite their security operations that caused the arrest of cells belong to the “Islamic State” organization, and other cells responsible for kidnappings, assassination attempts, and assassinations, but these operations have not been able to achieve any complete results, but the cells have remained as it is wandering within the areas in which they have caused an uncontrolled security, where the cells are reducing their activity with each military operation, and get active again as security operation ends.
