Warplanes stab Putin – Erdogan deal and bombard areas within the demilitarized zone for the first time since it was put in effect

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the sound of violent explosions in the west of Aleppo city and its south-west, where intersected sources confirmed to the SOHR that the explosions were caused by airstrikes carried out by warplanes violating for the first time, the demilitarized zone agreement, which has been applied since the 17th of September 2018, after an agreement between Vladimir Putin and Receb Tayyip Erdogan, and the raids targeted Al-Rashideen Suburb in the western suburbs of Aleppo city, and the area of Khan Tuman in the south-western sector of Aleppo countryside, which resulted in the rise of smoke and caused destruction in the place of the bombardment, amid artillery and rocket shelling by the regime forces on areas in the western and north-western suburbs of Aleppo city, while no information was reported so far about the fall of casualties as a result of the shelling, and the bombardment by warplanes comes hours after targeting neighborhoods in Aleppo city by shells that left at least 94 cases with suffocation, where the Syrian Observatory published this morning that it monitored the rise of the number of cases that arrived at hospitals in Aleppo city, as a result of shelling that targeted the western part of the city, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the number of these cases exceeded 94, including tens of children and women, where 31 cases were kept in the hospitals as they were subjected to complications and effects, and due to their instable medical situation, while the rest of cases have left after they were relieved and received treatment, where the Syrian Observatory published last night, Saturday the 24th of November 2018, that explosions were heard in the western part of Aleppo city, caused by the fall of shells on areas in Al-Khalidiya neighborhood and Jam’eyyat Al-Zahraa neighborhood, and the targeting caused suffocations among citizens in the 2 neighborhoods, where their number increased gradually, while this targeting is the first of kind to be carried out during the validity of the Russian – Turkish truce and the implementation of Putin – Erdogan deal of disarmament, and the number of injuries is suggested to increase.

And the SOHR published this morning that the regime forces shelled once again areas in Al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita towns and Latmin village in the northern countryside of Hama, within the demilitarized zone, which resulted in the fall of wounded, in conjunction with targeting by the factions operating in the north-western countryside of Hama by several shells that hit areas in Muhradah city which is controlled by the regime forces, in the north-western countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that violations are continuing at an escalated pace in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in Idlib, Aleppo, Latakia and Hama provinces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new violations that targeted areas in the northern countryside of Hama and the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, where the regime forces shelled this morning, areas in Al-Lataminah town and its outskirts in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while the regime forces targeted after the midnight of Saturday – Sunday, areas in the vicinity of Kafr Zita town in the northern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also targeted with artillery shells, areas in the towns of Jarjanaz, Qarati, Abu Makkah, Um Rajm, Um Jalal and Al-Khwaiyn, in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, which resulted in the death of a child girl and the fall of wounded in Jarjanaz town.

And with the fall of more human losses, it rose to 116, the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented that 37 fighters were killed various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 5 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, while the Syrian Observatory documented the deaths of 46 members of the regime forces and their allies who were killed within the disarmed area in the countryside of Hama, Latakia, Idlib, and Aleppo, during shelling, targeting, and clashes against the factions.
