The regime forces target sectors of Idlib, Hama, and Latakia and violent clashes on the outskirts of Sahl al-Ghab after bringing significant military reinforcements to the area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday, targeted places in al-Tah village and its outskirts in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and other places in Kabani area  and Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, also violent clashes and exchange of targeting using heavy machine guns took place after midnight of yesterday, in Sahl al-Ghab area in the northwestern countryside of Hama, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the factions operating in the area, also the regime forces targeted fawn of today and this morning using heavy machine guns; places in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, documenting new breaches within areas of ” Putin –Erdogan ” truce and the demilitarized area, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday Saturday evening that the  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more violations to the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted places in Kabani area and other areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, the regime forces also targeted places in the land around Al-Lataminah town, in the northern countryside of Hama, and this shelling is coincided with sending military reinforcements by the regime forces of hundreds of members and tens of vehicles to the areas where the regime forces are deployed within Idlib province and the demilitarized zone and its vicinity, and the Syrian observatory published hours ago, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the towns of al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita, and their surroundings, and places in al-Sakhr village, also the Syrian Observatory monitored the factions targeting one of the positions of the regime forces in Zellin area in the northern countryside of Hama, and preliminary information about killing a member of the regime forces, while the Syrian Observatory monitored exchange of targeting using heavy machine guns between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions in al-Sirmaniyah area on the administrative border between Idlib and Hama, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the shelling that targeted a site of the National Liberation Front in Kafr Zita area killed a fighter of a regiment belongs to the National Liberation Front, and information about injuries in the bombing, also the Syrian Observatory monitored the regime forces targeting areas in the towns of al-Khwyn and al-Ferja and Sukayk village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and other places in Kherbet al-Naqous area and al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, but no information about injuries.

And the Syrian observatory also published hours ago, that areas in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib have recently witnessed intensified shelled by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, which killed and wounded tens of people and caused significant material damage in the areas that were bombed, which are areas under an assumed truce between the Russians and the Turks, a truce that has produced nothing but continuous killing, destruction, and displacement of citizens trapped between an unfortunate present and a mysterious future, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights continues to monitor the humanitarian situations accompanying the shelling and tragedies of the citizens, where towns and villages of Jarjanaz, Om Jalal, al-Tamanah, al-Khwyn, Sukayk, and Sekyat in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib; have been witnessing since the beginning of October 2018, a displacement that peaked on the 24th of the same month, as a result of the escalation of shelling by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where the Syrian Observatory obtained confirmed information from intersected sources that most of the shelling comes from the gunmen loyal to the regime forces of those loyal to the member of the Syrian parliament, Ahmed al-Darwish al-Mbarak, known for his positions in supporting the regime and forming armed militias supporting the regime forces; participated strongly and mainly in the recent battles, by which the regime forces restored its control over vast areas of the eastern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, as the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and their supporters are promoting for the continued bombardment until the regime forces control over the areas which are located to the east of the main road, between the cities of Khan Shaykhun and Saraqib through Maarrat al-Nu’man, and with the continued shelling about 8000 have displaced from the mentioned areas, the majority of whom went to the cities of Maarrat al-Nu’man, Khan Shaykhun to the west,  and others preferred to move away from areas of the operations, and headed towards the border areas north of Idlib province, most of whom went out under shelling without taking the slightest necessities of life with them which increased their tragedy, also most of the areas to which they have been displaced to are suffering difficult humanitarian conditions, in addition to harsh winter season in the area, which has increased the tragic situation, also no party or organizations concerned with the issues of the displaced people are taking care of them, and no one is providing relief and medical assistance and services except in very little amounts, threatening a humanitarian catastrophe in all of its aspects.

And with the fall of more human losses, it rose to 123 at least, the number of casualties of civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 41 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 49 members of the regime forces and their allies.
