Violations escalate during the evening through violent clashes in more than one area in Hama and Idlib and shelling by tens of shells target Khan Shaykhun and both Idlib and Aleppo countryside
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored escalated violations by the regime forces, to the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the SOHR monitored shelling by 40 missiles at least, targeting areas in Khan Shaykhun city, which resulted in the fall of a number of wounded, where this is the 3rd round of shelling to target Khan Shaykhun City and its vicinity, which resulted, in this round, the fall of at least 2 injuries, it also monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Sayyadi village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, along with shelling on areas in the villages of Sakiyyat, Al-Khwaiyn and Um Jalal in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, the regime forces also targeted areas in the villages of Jazraya and Zammar in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while the SOHR monitored the regime forces throwing flare bombs in Al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, the SOHR also monitored clashes between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions in places in Lahaya area in the northern countryside of Hama, amid information about the fall of a number of casualties in the ranks of the regime forces, while the Syrian Observatory documented the death of one of the members of the National Liberation Front in targeting by the regime force to their positions in the area of Tal Sultan in the eastern countryside of Idlib, also violent clashes erupted in Tell Touqan area in the same countryside, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, and there is information about the fall of casualties in the ranks of the both parties.
And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to 126, the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a man affected by injury he had in shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita, and a female child was killed in artillery shelling targeted Jarjanaz town, and 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 42 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 49 members of the regime forces and their allies.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the regime forces targeted areas in Hasraya village in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with similar shelling targeted areas in al-Zakat villages and Abu Ra’idah in the countryside itself, also the regime forces renewed the shelling targeting areas in the surrounding of Morek town in the same countryside, the regime forces also targeted a site of the regime forces in Tal Maraq area in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, but no information about injuries, while a fighter was killed in shelling by the regime forces targeted al-Rashedin area in the western suburbs of Aleppo city, and the SOHR also monitored renewed shelling by the regime forces, on areas in the vicinity and outskirts of Murak town in the northern countryside of Hama, and other areas in the vicinity of Khan Shaykhun city and its outskirts, while the regime forces targeted places in Khalseh area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, without information about human losses, after shelling by the regime forces with more than 12 missiles that targeted areas in Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, accompanied by shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the villages and towns of al-Tah, al-Khwyn, Om Jalal, and al-Tamanah and al-Farja in the south and southeastern sectors of Idlib countryside, also the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling targeted areas in al-Lataminah town and its surroundings in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with shelling by the regime forces targeted places in Jabal al-Turkman and Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, within the demilitarized area, and injured two people at least in Khan Shaykhun.
