Violations escalate in areas the Russian – Turkish agreement through artillery shelling targets 10 towns and villages in Hama and Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored after midnight of yesterday artillery shelling by the regime forces, targeted areas in the villages of al-Bana, al-Sakhr, and al-Jisat in the northern countryside of Hama, and other areas in al-Ziyara town in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, in conjunction with opening fire of heavy machineguns by the regime forces on areas in al-Lataminah town within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, also areas in the vicinity of al-Khwyn town and the villages of al-Zarzour, Sukayk, al-Tinah and al-Ferja in the southeastern countryside of Idlib; were shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed violations by the regime forces, which targeted the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, and the areas of the agreement between Putin and Erdogan, which proves a day after another how fragile the truce is, through the daily violations which every now and then, result in the fall of casualties, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the regime forces targeted places in Al-Khwaiyn area in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, with artillery shells and a guided missile, which resulted in the fall of casualties, where a fighter of the National Liberation Front was killed and 2 others were injured with varying severity, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, while the SOHR monitored shelling by the regime forces which targeted areas in Al-Jisat village and in the vicinity of Kafr Zita town, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, while the regime forces targeted areas in Al-Buwaydah and Tal Al-Sakhr villages and places in Al-Lataminah town, in the northern countryside of Hama, and places in Al-Sirmaniyah area at the administrative border between the south-western countryside of Idlib and Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, without information about casualties.

And with the fall of more human losses, it rose to at least 133, the number of casualties of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, and this is the second largest massacre after that one which took place on the 2nd of November 2018, in Jarjanaz town which claimed the lives of 9 persons including a child, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 48 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 50 members of the regime forces and their allies.
