The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the expansion of violations of areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces today, the 23rd of December 2018, where the regime forces shelled places ion Kabani area in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, in conjunction with shelling by the regime forces targeted the vicinity of Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southwestern countryside of Idlib, also the regime forces renewed the shelling of areas in the vicinity of Morek town and the outskirts of Hasraya and al-Sakhr villages in the northern countryside of Hama, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the regime forces targeted areas in al-Khwyn town and al-Ferja village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in al-Hbit town in the southern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with targeting by the regime forces for areas in the vicinity of Morek and al-Lataminah towns and the villages of M’aarkbeh, Lahaya, al-Jisat, and al-Sakhr which are located within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them targeting by shells, areas on the outskirts of al-Lataminah town and the villages of al-Zakat and al-Arba’in and M’aarkbeh located within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, no information about casualties until the moment, the regime forces also shelled after mid night of yesterday areas in al Khwyn, al-Zarzour and the abandoned battalion in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last night that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed breaches to Putin – Erdogan deal, and the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the SOHR monitored clashes that took place between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the western outskirts and suburbs of Aleppo, accompanied by shelling by the regime forces which targeted places in the area of the scientific research center and Al-Rashideen suburb, west of Aleppo city, while at least 8 shells fell on the controlled areas of the regime forces in Jam’eyyat Al-Zahraa neighborhood in the western outskirts of Aleppo city, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, also the regime forces shelled places in Shamiko area in the south-western countryside of Aleppo, which injured 5 persons with varying severity, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the death of an officer of the regime forces after being targeted by the factions in Masasneh area in the northern countryside of Hama, while the SOHR monitored targeting by a “Jihadi” faction to the regime’s areas of presence in Al-Sokkariyeh, Khafiyeh, Dhahabiyah, Abu Qamis, Al-Baraghithi, in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, while the Syrian Observatory monitored the overflight of a reconnaissance plane over the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, also the regime forces shelled areas in Masada village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and the shelling was accompanied by another shelling on areas in the villages of Al-Ziyarah, Tal Wassit and Mashik in Sahl Al-Ghab north-west of Hama province, as well as other areas in M’aarkaba village north of the province, and the regime forces also shelled places in Jabal Al-Akrad, Al-Haddadah and Tuffahiyeh in the north-east of Latakia, within the area of the agreement between Putin and Erdogan.
