The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored forces of the International Coalition running a patrol at the border between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers within the east Euphrates area, where the Syrian Observatory monitored vehicles of the International Coalition carrying members and officers of them while they were on roaming the border to monitor it, in the area between Ras al-Ayn (Sri Kaneh) and Tal Abyad, where the Syrian Observatory received pictures of the vehicles during the roam in the above mentioned area, and these patrols came after the US decision to withdraw from the region, and it comes with running patrols by the US Forces in the western countryside of Manbij, on the contact lines between the controlled areas of the Turkish forces and the the rebel and Islamic factions in the northeastern country of Aleppo, which in turn was accompanied by the flight of 2 US helicopters over Manbij area, which is controlled by the forces of Manbij Military Council.

In the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the US Forces running a military patrol of several vehicle in Arab Hassan area, located near the contact lines in the western countryside of Manbij, where the patrolling and the roam of the delegation were accompanied by the flight of US helicopters in Manbij area, and Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last night that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a state of alertness by the Turkish forces operating in the north-eastern sector of Aleppo countryside, where reliable sources confirmed to the SOHR that this alertness was coincided with the entry of a Turkish military column, via Al-Ra’i crossing point north-east of Aleppo, of tens of soldiers and more than 50 military gears including trucks and armored personnel carriers as well as other carriers that carry armored vehicles in addition to other materiel and ammunition, where it headed to the countryside of Manbij area, on the contact lines with the controlled areas of the forces of Manbij Military Council and the International Coalition’s forces, and the Syrian Observatory monitored the raise of military preparations by the forces of Manbij Military Council, in anticipation for any military operations or offensives that are expected to be carried out the Turkish forces in the area which is located in the west of the Euphrates River.
