The regime forces renew their violations to Putin – Erdogan agreement and target the suburbs of Aleppo and both Idlib and Hama countryside within the demilitarized zone
The demilitarized zone and the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce alleged to be applied in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Latakia, are still witnessing continued violations, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today, Monday the 24th of December 2018, rocket shelling by the regime forces on places in Al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, and the area of Al-Sirmaniyah in the north-western countryside of Hama, as well as other areas in Sukayk in the southern countryside of Idlib, also places in Al-Rashideen area in the western suburbs of Aleppo, other areas in Zamar and the southern countryside of Aleppo, were subjected to shelling by the regime forces, while the factions targeted by their snipers and heavy machineguns, positions of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in Al-Rashideen area, amid information about human losses, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that violations continue in the areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement and the agreement of the demilitarized area in the provinces of Idlib, Hama, Aleppo, and Latakia, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the vicinity and outskirts of Morek town in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, which caused several injuries, accompanied by targeting by the regime forces for areas in al-Tamanah and al-Khwyn in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, this came after the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted al-Farja village in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, in conjunction with targeting by heavy machineguns for areas in al-Tinah village, also the regime forces targeted other areas in Sukayk village southeast of Idlib, the regime forces also shelled areas in al-Ziyara village in Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern sector of Hama countryside, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored decrease in violations in the demilitarized area and the Russian – Turkish truce areas, since after midnight of yesterday until now after the intensive shelling that took place yesterday, where the violations were limited to the fall of shells launched by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday and this morning, on places in Lahaya village in the northern countryside of Hama, and the regime forces shelled after midnight of yesterday places in al-Sermaniyyeh area in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern country of Hama.
And the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that violations are still continuing in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and of Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored violent clashes between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the vicinity of Al-Khwaiyn, Zarzur and Sham Al-Hawa in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, amid exchange of targeting in the clash areas between the both parties, while the SOHR monitored that the regime forces fired tens of shells, on areas in the outskirts of Murak town and areas in Al-Lataminah town as well as the villages of M’aarkaba, Abu Ra’idah, Al-Sakhr, Hasaraya, Al-Arba’in and Al-Zakah, amid the overflight of reconnaissance planes over the northern countryside of Hama, and the shelling was accompanied targeting to the areas of Umm Al-Khalakhil, the Abandoned Battalion and Farja in both eastern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, after the regime forces shelled places ion Kabani area in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, in conjunction with shelling by the regime forces targeted the vicinity of Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southwestern countryside of Idlib, also the regime forces renewed the shelling of areas in the vicinity of Morek town and the outskirts of Hasraya and al-Sakhr villages in the northern countryside of Hama, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the regime forces targeted areas in al-Khwyn town and al-Ferja village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in al-Hbit town in the southern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with targeting by the regime forces for areas in the vicinity of Morek and al-Lataminah towns and the villages of M’aarkbeh, Lahaya, al-Jisat, and al-Sakhr which are located within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them targeting by shells, areas on the outskirts of al-Lataminah town and the villages of al-Zakat and al-Arba’in and M’aarkbeh located within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama, no information about casualties until the moment, the regime forces also shelled after mid night of yesterday areas in al Khwyn, al-Zarzour and the abandoned battalion in the eastern countryside of Idlib.
And the SOHR also documented the death of 152 persons of both civilians and fighters in addition to the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them; who were killed since the starting date of Putin – Erdogan agreement of the buffer zone, the 17th of September 2018, where the SOHR documented the death of a person who died affected by the injury he had in earlier shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town, ad another man who died affected by the injury he had in earlier shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Zita town, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also documented the death of a child girl in artillery shelling on Jarjanaz town, as well as the death of 9 persons including 2 citizen women and 6 children, in a massacre carried out by shelling by the regime forces targeted Jarjanaz town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, a woman and her child in shelling by the regime forces on Qatrah village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and a child was killed in shelling by the regime forces on Babulin village in Idlib countryside, and 9 people were killed by shelling by the regime forces on Jarjanaz town and its vicinity, and at least 7 citizens including 3 children and 3 women were killed as a result of the shelling that targeted al-Raffa village, and a child was killed in shelling at Kafr Hamra on the 24th of October 2018, also 3 citizens were killed in shelling by the factions on areas on the outskirts of the demilitarized area within Aleppo city, also the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 50 fighters who were killed in various circumstances in the demilitarized since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 8 jihadi fighters and at least 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza were killed during ambushes and clashes, they were killed in ambushes and attacks on positions of the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the death of 67 members of the regime forces and their allies.
