(Video) A violent explosion shakes Manbij targets the International Coalition forces in the city leaves casualties, the US Forces surround the bombing place with the flight of helicopters

Aleppo province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a violent explosion hit Manbij city in the northeastern sector of Aleppo province, intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that it was caused by an explosion of a booby-trapped vehicle, and the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that a suicide bomber was driving it, where he targeted a patrol of International Coalition forces during its presence in center of the city, intersected sources confirmed that the explosion took place near the Qasr al-Omaraa restaurant near the old building for of the Recruitment Department, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the explosion caused a large number of casualties, where a large number of injuries fell and some of them are in dangerous situation, while the Syrian Observatory monitored the US Forces surrounding the place of bombing in conjunction with the flight of helicopters over Manbij city, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 12th of January 2018 that a violent explosion rocked Manbij city that is under the control of Manbij Military Council, it turned out that it was caused by an explosion in a vehicle of the Internal Security Forces affiliated to the security of the city’s checkpoints, where the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the explosion, that took place near the city’s cemetery, resulted in killing 2 members of the Internal Security Forces, as well as the injury of others, and this explosion was coincided with a crowd of the “casualties’ families” in Manbij, in order to condemn the Turkish threat of implementing a military operation in the area and to call on the International Community to establish a no-fly zone in the Syrian North, amid calls on the International Community to move and prevent the scenario of Afrin from being repeated in Manbij, and this explosion comes about 4 days after an explosion in Manbij area, within the north-eastern sector of Aleppo countryside, in the controlled areas of the forces of Manbij Military Council and Jaysh al-Thowwar, it was caused by the explosion of an IED planted by unidentified gunmen in an area within an olive field east of Manbij city, which injured a person, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 26th of December 2018, that it monitored a violent explosion in Manbij city, in the northeastern sector of Aleppo countryside, intersected sources confirmed that it was caused by an explosive device planted in a car in the city, which is controlled by forces of Manbij Military Council and the US forces are present there, which caused material damage and injured a person seriously injured, where this is the first explosion that hits the area after the US decision to withdraw.

And the SOHR also published on the 24th of December 2018, that the sounds of at least 3 explosions were heard in Manbij city and its outskirts, which is under the control of the forces of Manbij Military Council, in the north-eastern sector of Aleppo countryside, without information so far about whether the explosions were caused by detonating IEDs or caused by other circumstances, amid the flight of American warplanes over the city and its countryside, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 20th of November 2018, that an explosion was heard today, caused by a mine explosion on the 30th Street in Manbij city, which is controlled by Manbij Military Council and in which forces from the Coalition are present, where reliable sources confirmed that the explosion killed a member of the internal security forces and wounded another. This explosion came two weeks after a similar explosion, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 6th of November 2018 that the Syrian Observatory monitored the explosion on the morning of the 6th of November 2018, hit Manbij city in the northeastern sector of Aleppo countryside, which is controlled by the International Coalition Forces and Manbij Military Council, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the explosion took place near al-Sabea’ Bahrat roundabout, as a result of an explosive device planted in a car, which killing of at least one person, and this explosion comes 5 days after the start of joint patrols between the Turkish and American forces in the area located at the line dividing between areas of Manbij Military Council in Manbij, and between areas of control of the Turkish Forces and forces of “Euphrates Shield” Operation Forces, which is at least 5 km wide,  also the Syrian Observatory learned that the American Forces prevented recording video or taking pictures within the area where the patrols were started, these joint patrols come amid hours of continuous flight of International Coalition warplanes in the sky of Manbij city, which is under the control of Manbij Military Council in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo.

The Syrian Observatory published about 72 hours ago, that the situation in Manbij area is still between a cautious calm, anticipation of a full stability, and daily tensions through targeting Manbij area, the latest of which was what monitored by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights during the last hours of the night, of continued targeting by factions supported by Turkey with several shells, where they targeted areas in Arab Hassan village west of Manbij city, which is under the control of the Manbij Military Council and caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 3rd of January 2018 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of anticipation in Manbij area, for the situations to be completely stable in it, after the simultaneous withdrawal of forces of conflict, where reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the US Forces continue to run military patrols in Manbij area, while the regime forces continue to spread along the contact lines west of Manbij, between areas of control of Jaysh al-Thowwar and Manbij Military Council, and between the Turkish Forces and the rebel and Islamic factions loyal to them, amid continuous flight for warplanes of the International Coalition over Manbij area, and sometimes the pro-Turkey fighters of the “Euphrates Shield” Operation shoot on areas of presence of the forces controlling Manbij, where this anticipation comes after the withdrawal of the pro-Turkish forces for hundreds of members, pulling the regime forces for their members from the northern outskirts of Manbij, and the withdrawal of tens of opposition members of the Syria Democratic Forces, while the Syrian Observatory monitored yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored cross-fire with medium and heavy machineguns between Turkish-backed factions on one hand, and Manbij Military Council which operates under the banner of the Syria Democratic Forces on the other, in the areas of Arab Hassan and Al-Mohsenli in the countryside of Manbij city in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, without information about human losses, in a scene that became usual and repeated recently, while the Syrian Observatory published today morning, Thursday, that it monitored a cautious calm in Manbij area and its vicinity, at the northeastern sector of Aleppo Province in the west of Euphrates River, this continued calm comes after the simultaneous withdrawal of hundreds of pro-Turkish fighters and tens of Syria Democratic Forces fighters away of Manbij, where reliable sources confirmed that after the withdrawal the area witnessed a cautious calm between the Turkish Forces and factions loyal to them, and between the forces of the Manbij Military Council and Jaysh al-Thowwar, amid cautious anticipation of the field developments in the coming days, while the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from several reliable sources that fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces withdrew from Manbij area towards the east of Euphrates River area, and in details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: about 250 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces in Manbij city and its villages have withdrawn on board of vehicles to the eastern side of Euphrates River, while hundreds of fighters of Manbij Military Council, Jaysh al-Thowwar, and other factions of the Syria Democratic Forces are still in the area with security forces, and it is not known whether this withdrawal came within the framework of the Russian – Turkish consensus or not, while this withdrawal followed the withdrawal of hundreds of fighters from the pro-Turkey factions to areas in the vicinity of Manbij  countryside area, after they were withdrawn from  areas of their presence in the vicinity of the clash fronts and then transferred to barracks in the area.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from several reliable sources on the developments in Manbij area and the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the pro-Turkish the rebel and Islamic factions withdrew all the members they brought from areas of “Euphrates Shield” and “Olive Branch” in the Syrian north, which is extending from the west of Euphrates to the borders of Iskenderun, and the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that withdrawing the support that recently came to the vicinity of Manbij area; took place through transferring fighters to barracks in the vicinity of Manbij countryside in the northeastern sector of Aleppo countryside, where they were secured in barracks which are schools converted to military headquarters of the al-Jaysh al-Watani (The National Army) loyal to Turkey and supported by it, while reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the situation on the contact lines between the Turkish Forces and the factions loyal to them; and between the forces of Manbij Military Council and Jaysh al-Thowwar, have returned to what they used to be before the announcement of alert by Turkey to launch a military operation against Manbij area.
