Shelling by tens of artillery and rocket shells target the areas of the truce and of the agreement between the 2 presidents in both Hama and Idlib as a part of the ongoing escalation

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored continued ground shelling, which targeted the places where the Russian – Turkish truce is applied and the areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the SOHR monitored in the evening of Wednesday the 23rd of January 2019, shelling by tens of shells which targeted areas in Kafr Zita town and places in Al-Lataminah area in the northern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with artillery shelling that targeted Al-Huwayz area in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western sector of Hama countryside, amid information about the injury of a person, and there is information reporting that the shelling came a short time after the passing of the Turkish column in the area, where it was moving between its observation posts in Hama countryside, while the regime forces shelled areas in Al-Taman’aa town, in the southern countryside of Idlib, without information about human losses, the SOHR also monitored clashes and exchange of targeting in the area of the Abandoned Battalion in the eastern countryside of Idlib, between the Islamic factions operating in the area against members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted places in the towns of al-Tah and Jarjanaz in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, and other areas Sukayk village in the southern countryside of Idlib, also areas in Atshan village in the eastern countryside of Hama, were shelled by the regime forces which caused material damage, accompanied by targeting by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham’s for positions of the regime forces in Tal Bazam in the northern countryside of Hama, this came after the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the shelling by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday, targeted places in al-Lataminah and Morek in the northern countryside of Hama, and the surroundings of al-Najeya in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, and other places in the mountains of the Syrian coast, while the Syrian Observatory monitored an “infiltrator” attack carried out by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham after midnight of yesterday, targeting sites of the regime forces in Abu al-Qamis area in Abu al-Duhur within the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, where clashes are taking place between both parties and confirmed information about casualties in the ranks of both of them, also clashes took place and continued since yesterday night until after midnight; between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the factions, in areas of al-Mallah and al-Castello in the suburbs of Aleppo city.

And the Syrian Observatory monitored yesterday, Tuesday, renewed shelling by the regime forces targeted M’aarkbeh village in the northern sector of Hama province, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted places in Kafr Zita town in the northern countryside of Hama, which killed a girl and injured others with varying degrees of severity, also the regime forces shelled areas in Khozin town and the villages of al-Farja and Zarzour in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with artillery shelling targeted M’aarkbeh area in the northern countryside of Hama, and with the fall of more casualties it rose to 187 people since the start of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are 49 civilians including 21 children and 7 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, among them 3 were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 57 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 13 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 81 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.
