Regime’s targeting violates the Russian – Turkish truce and their presidents’ agreement

The violations continue in the Putin – Erdogan truce areas and the demilitarized area in the 4 provinces, where the regime forces renewed the targeting of areas around al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, while the regime forces shelled areas in al-Ferja village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib which caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored continuation of violations within the demilitarized area and the Russian – Turkish truce areas, where the regime forces renewed the missile shelling at dawn of today morning, Monday, targeting places in the towns of al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, while the regime forces continued the shelling after midnight of yesterday targeting places in the Scientific Research area, al-Rashedin, and al-Mansoura in the western suburbs of Aleppo, and other areas in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, also places in al-Khwyn and the abandoned battalion in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, witnessed shelling by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday, and the clashes lasted until after midnight of yesterday between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against Hayyaat Tahrir, in al-Mansoura area on the western outskirts of Aleppo, after an attack by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham yesterday night, but no information until the moment about human casualties.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the return of regime forces’ renewed shelling, on the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, and of Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in the outskirts of Al-Lataminah town, in the northern countryside of Hama province, in conjunction with shelling on areas in the vicinity of Murak town and places in Al-Buwaydah village in the same countryside, while a child was injured in the shelling by the regime forces on Qasabiyeh area in the southern countryside of Idlib, also the SOHR monitored shelling by the regime forces by rocket and artillery shells on areas in Al-Mansrah town and places in the areas of the scientific research center and Al-Rashideen, in the western suburbs of Aleppo city, in conjunction with similar shelling which targeted Zamar area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while information was received about an attack by members of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham in the suburbs of Aleppo city, amid the flight of warplanes in the skies of the 4 province where the truce and the agreement are applied.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored renewed targeting for areas of the Putin – Erdogan agreement and areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the regime forces launching mortar shells targeting places in Wadi al-Dawrat east of al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, but no information about casualties until the moment, followed by shelling by the factions operating in the area targeted areas in the vicinity of Muhradah city in the northwestern countryside of Hama which is inhabited by Christian citizens, which caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that violations continue in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized areas of Putin – Erdogan, where the regime forces shelled areas on the outskirts of towns and villages of al-Khwyn, al-Tamanah, Om Jalal, Sukayk, and al-Ferja in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and other areas in Tremla village in the southwestern countryside of Idlib, followed by targeting by the factions operating in the area for positions of the regime forces in Om Hartyn village in the same countryside, and the Atshan village at the northeastern countryside of Hama, while the regime forces targeted by artillery shells areas in the vicinity of al-Lataminah and the villages of al-Lwibdeh and Horta in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, and other areas in Tal Othman village in the northwestern countryside of Hama.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the truce areas in the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and areas of Putin – Erdogan demilitarized areas and Latakia witnessed after midnight of yesterday new violations, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored missile shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in al-Rashedin suburb southwest of Aleppo, in conjunction with artillery shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in Tall Khatra and the abandoned battalion in the eastern countryside of Idlib and other places in the Kabani area in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, amid intense overflights of reconnaissance drones over the area, while areas in al-Arba’in village within the demilitarized area in the northern countryside of Hama countryside were shelled by the regime forces yesterday night, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, after killing a Kurdish immigrant from Iran who fights within the ranks of Hurras al-Dien Organization within “Wa Harred al-Mu’minin” operations room, after he was targeted during the hours of last night by the regime forces, which  rose to at least 195, the number of people who were killed since Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are 51 civilians including 22 children and 7 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, among them 3 were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 63 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 14 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 81 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.
