More human losses in the battles of the east of the Euphrates raise to more than 30, the number of members and fighters who were killed in the ranks of both ISIS and the SDF

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the fall of more human losses as a result of the attack by the “Islamic State” organization and the fierce battles witnessed today in the vicinity of the area of the enclave, between the members of the organization against the Syria Democratic Forces, where it rose to 12, the number of fighters of the SDF who were killed, while 19 members of the organization were also killed in the battles and attacks including 7 suicide bombers at least 3 members of them blew themselves up by booby-trapped vehicles, raising to 670, the number of fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces who have been killed since the 10th of November 2018, while it rose to 1298, the number of members and leaders of the “Islamic State” Organization, who were killed in the clashes, detonations and raids, while the SOHR documented the death of 417 people including 151 children and 86 citizen women (including 233 Syrian citizens including 99 children and 57 women of Syrian nationality) the number of civilians killed since the 10th of December 2018, also the “Islamic State” Organization had executed more than 716 detainees, of who were arrested on various charges including security members and members of the Organization who tried to break away of it and escape its controlled areas, and the executions were carried out inside headquarters and detention centers of the Organization, and within its controlled areas which are today confined to the towns of Sha’afah, al-Susah, al-Baghuz and villages of Abu Hasan, Bo Badran, al-Marashdah, al-Shajla, al-Kashmeh, al-Safiya and al-Bukhatir suburb east of Hajin, which extends along the east bank of Euphrates, along with its last enclave in the deserts of Homs and Deir Ezzor.

And the SOHR published last night that this pressure is coincided with an attempt to achieve further advancement by the attacking ground forces, to clamp down on the organization even more, and reduce the areas remaining for it, after they managed today, Saturday the 10th of February 2019, to reduce the scope of ISIS control to less than 3 square km through advancing into the farm spaces around the enclave, it also published that about 600 persons managed to reach the SDF-held areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and the reliable sources confirmed to the SOHR that about 20 members of the organization have got out among them, including 6 Turkish members, 2 French women and 3 other Ukrainian members, raising to 37700, the number of persons whose exit has been documented by the Syrian Observatory since the 1st of December 2018 until today, the 10th of February 2019, of different nationalities of Syria, Iraq Russia, Somalia, Philippine and other Asian nationalities, and more than 35651 of them have gotten out after the decision of the American president Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19th of December 2018, including about 3420 members of the organization of those who infiltrated within the displaced people, and they were arrested after the residents recognized them and reported the security services about their infiltration, and the other group surrendered themselves after they managed to get out of ISIS last enclave.

The Syrian Observatory published in the recent days, that the organization is still taking the citizens as human shields, along with escalating the fears for the lives of the remaining citizens in this enclave, of being targeted by the International Coalition or its warplanes which are continuously flying over the area, and the SOHR published hours ago, that the Syria Democratic Forces managed with the International Coalition to advance in the empty space and the agricultural area in the remaining enclave of the Organization  at the east bank of Euphrates River, clamping down on the Organization and the tunnels it uses, pushing it to go back to the remaining residential areas, while the “Islamic State” Organization continues to take civilians as human shields to prevent the International Coalition from shelling it, despite the continued overflights of the International Coalition warplanes over the remaining enclave of the Organization, and the reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that the Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces through this attack are putting pressure on the Organization in order for it to hand over its remaining commanders and members, while fears increase on the lives of hundreds of families remaining in the enclave, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of military operations in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, which was resumed by the International Coalition Forces and the Syria Democratic Forces against the last enclave of the “Islamic State” Organization which is about 4 square kilometers located on the east banks of Euphrates River; by the evening of Saturday, the 9th of February 2019, and the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the Coalition and SDF aim through this operation to put pressure over the remaining leaders and members of the “Islamic State” Organization of different nationalities, to hand themselves over before they die in the operations that aim to ending their presence all over the east of Euphrates area, and the Syrian Observatory learned that hundreds of families are still exist in what is left for the organization east of the river, amid serious fears for their lives especially if the International Coalition resumed the aerial bombardment on the last 4 km² of the organization.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that barely 48 hours elapsed on ISIS promises for the remaining members and their families located within the last 4 km² controlled by it in the east of Euphrates, until the operation to thwart it began, through an attack monitored by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights a few hours ago on of today, Saturday, the 9th of February 2018, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the Syria Democratic Forces supported by ground and air forces of the International Coalition started on Saturday evening to target what is left for the Organization on the east bank of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, breaking in what is left of areas for it, and this attack by SDF and the Coalition was accompanied by the flight of the International Coalition warplanes over the area and careful  advancement as a result of the mines planted by the Organization in the vicinity of the enclave under its control, and reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the International Coalition aims through this attack; to completely end the existence of the Organization in the area, after the negotiations that took place between the Coalition and the Organization, after the request of ISIS members and remaining leaders to surrender in exchange for providing a safe passage by the Coalition towards unknown area, which prompted the Organization to make promises to those who remained with it to open a corridor from the enclave.
