After death of more than 3150 civilians and fighters in about 160 days east of Euphrates, continuous anticipation for an official announcement for the end of ISIS, and sweeping continues to push the remaining to surrender

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: in anticipation of the official announcement of the process of ending the “Islamic State” Organization east of Euphrates by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, the last engineering and military groups are still sweeping the area that used to be under the control of the “Islamic State” Organization, in which the Organization was ended and withdrew to farms near the east bank of Euphrates River, where it is located in this area hiding in it, amid attempts to force the remaining ISIS members to surrender along with families of its members and civilians with it, and the Syrian Observatory documented during the military operation 682, the number of fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces who have been killed since the 10th of November 2018, also it rose to 1340, the number of fighters and leaders of the “Islamic State” Organization who were killed in the shelling, clashes, bombings, and raids, also it rose to 417 people including 151 children and 86 citizen women (including 233 Syrian citizens including 99 children and 57 women of Syrian nationality) the number of civilians killed since the 10th of December 2018, also the “Islamic State” Organization had executed more than 716 detainees, of who were arrested on various charges including security members and members of the Organization who tried to break away of it and escape its controlled areas, and the executions were carried out inside headquarters and detention centers of the Organization, and within its controlled areas which are today confined to the towns of Sha’afah, al-Susah, al-Baghuz and villages of Abu Hasan, Bo Badran, al-Marashdah, al-Shajla, al-Kashmeh, al-Safiya and al-Bukhatir suburb east of Hajin, which extends along the east bank of Euphrates, along with its last enclave in the deserts of Homs and Deir Ezzor.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that on Thursday evening, at least 26 bodies were found belong to members of the “Islamic State” Organization in Baghuz area and its surroundings, in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, at a time when the Syria Democratic Forces continue sweeping the area and dismantling the heavily-planted mines and IEDs by ISIS previously, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory learned from reliable sources that several families of the “Islamic State” Organization tried to cross the east bank of river Euphrates at night, however, their attempt was unsuccessful, while the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition continue to try to force the remaining members of the Organization who are hiding in farms near the southeast bank within a camp with their families; to force them to surrender and move them as happened previously, and the Syrian Observatory published on the evening of yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Syria Democratic Forces sweeping the mines which were heavily-planted by the “Islamic State” Organization in the enclave where it used to exist force ending it as a dominant force completely, and retreating to farms near the east bank, where its members are still present in the area amid a quest to force the remaining members and leaders of the Organization to surrender, and transfer them with the remaining civilians and their families, after transferring hundreds of those who surrendered and were present in the last enclave of the Organization of members, their families, and civilians, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the departure of an International Coalition column of 8 American Hummer vehicles and 20 other military vehicles, from the front surrounding the remaining farms left for the “Islamic State” Organization, on the eastern banks of the river Euphrates in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that 2 helicopters of the International Coalition headed at 10:00 on Thursday, the 14th of February 2019, and the Syrian Observatory monitored their return at 15:00 from the afternoon of today, Thursday, and one of them was an Apache helicopter which can move people, the sources suggested that several leading figures of the Organization who surrender may have been moved to the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, after the surrender of more than 240 members of the “Islamic State” Organization to the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition, the majority of whom are of forging nationalities.

This almost-full collapse comes after 157 days of military operations in the area of the east Euphrates, at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, where the organization once controlled areas stretched from Hajin to the Syrian – Iraqi border, then the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition managed through their military operations they launched on the 10th of September 2018, until today the 13th of February 2019, to impose their control over the enclave almost completely, in anticipation for finishing the organization completely from the east of the Euphrates in the following hours, either through a military operation or the surrender of the rest ISIS members and commanders and their families, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented during this military operation the death of 679 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces who have been killed since the 10th of November 2018, while it documented the death of 1306 members and leaders of the “Islamic State” Organization, who were killed in the clashes, detonations and raids, while the SOHR documented the death of 417 people including 151 children and 86 citizen women (including 233 Syrian citizens including 99 children and 57 women of Syrian nationality) the number of civilians killed since the 10th of December 2018, also the “Islamic State” Organization had executed more than 716 detainees, of who were arrested on various charges including security members and members of the Organization who tried to break away of it and escape its controlled areas, and the executions were carried out inside headquarters and detention centers of the Organization, and within its controlled areas which are today confined to the towns of Sha’afah, al-Susah, al-Baghuz and villages of Abu Hasan, Bo Badran, al-Marashdah, al-Shajla, al-Kashmeh, al-Safiya and al-Bukhatir suburb east of Hajin, which extends along the east bank of Euphrates, along with its last enclave in the deserts of Homs and Deir Ezzor.

The Syrian Observatory also documented the exit of 39240 persons since the 1st of December 2018 until today, the 13th of February 2019, of different nationalities of Syria, Iraq Russia, Somalia, Philippine and other Asian nationalities, and more than 37240  of them have gotten out after the decision of the American president Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19th of December 2018, including about 3800 members of the organization of those who infiltrated within the displaced people, and they were arrested after the residents recognized them and reported the security services about their infiltration, and the other group surrendered themselves after they managed to get out of ISIS last enclave, the Syrian Observatory published in the recent days, that the organization is still taking the citizens as human shields, along with escalating the fears for the lives of the remaining citizens in this enclave, of being targeted by the International Coalition or its warplanes which are continuously flying over the area, and the SOHR published hours ago, that the Syria Democratic Forces managed with the International Coalition to advance in the empty space and the agricultural area in the remaining enclave of the Organization  at the east bank of Euphrates River, clamping down on the Organization and the tunnels it uses, pushing it to go back to the remaining residential areas, while the “Islamic State” Organization continues to take civilians as human shields to prevent the International Coalition from shelling it, despite the continued overflights of the International Coalition warplanes over the remaining enclave of the Organization, and the reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that the Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces through this attack are putting pressure on the Organization in order for it to hand over its remaining commanders and members, while fears increase on the lives of hundreds of families remaining in the enclave.

Reliable sources added to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, that in the area where the Organization is holed up with its leaders and members, there are about 40 tons of gold in addition to tens of millions of dollars remain in the possession of the Organization, and the Syrian Observatory learned that gold in the area was collected from all the areas that used to be controlled by ISIS, also, a part of these huge amounts of gold were transported from Turkey to the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas through Turkish mediators and leaders in the Organization, who have close ties with the Turkish authorities and their intelligence, where the Coalition forces are trying to force the Organization to surrender in order to get the gold and the huge amounts of money in its possession.
