35 trucks arrive near Baghuz farms to transport a large batch of civilians and families of ISIS members after the exit of more than 51000 people including thousands of members

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human right monitored the entry of tens of trucks to move a new big batch of people, who are getting out of the farms where the “Islamic State” Organization is located towards the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: about 35 trucks entered areas near the al-Baghuz farms east of Euphrates, and reliable sources confirmed that hundreds the people of the remaining civilians in the area and the families of the members of the Organization and its members have gotten out yesterday night, towards areas of gathering of the trucks to exit to al-Hool camp in the southeastern sector of al-Hasaka countryside, where they suffer from tragic conditions and a difficult health and humanitarian situation, especially the civilians who suffer to reach SDF areas and the places where the trucks gather, and it is expected in the coming hours that this batch will get out and move to its destination after isolating members of the organization and transferring them to headquarters and detention centers of Syria Democratic Forces and their intelligence services.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from a number of reliable sources, that a new batch of hundreds of people, got out today, Tuesday the 26th of February 2019, and the Syrian Observatory monitored the exit of about 1400 persons of citizens and families of the “Islamic State” organization and its members, including at least 350 ISIS members, where the reliable sources confirmed that those who got out of Al-Baghuz farms east of the Euphrates have been brought out, while large numbers of citizens and fighters and commanders of the organization are still there, and waiting to get out along with abstention of tens of commanders and “Emirs” to leave where they chose to fight to death, and with the exit of more persons, it rose to 3600 including at least 470 ISIS members, the number of evacuees who got out in the past 24 hours, raising, in turn, to 51050, the number of evacuees documented by the SOHR since the 1st of December 2018, of different nationalities like Syrian, Iraqi, Russian, Somali, Filipino, and other Asian and western nationalities since the beginning of December 2018, among them there are more than 49050 people have gotten out the Organization’s enclave since the decision of the US President Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19thof December 2018, including about 5352 members of the “Islamic State” Organization, and the majority of them are of Iraqi nationality, who have been arrested among the displaced people, after the residents were able to identify them and inform the security forces about their infiltration, while another part of them handed themselves over after they managed to get out of the last enclave of the Organization, also the Syrian Observatory learned that during the past days and weeks about 300 ISIS members managed to infiltrate through the Euphrates River to the largest and last remaining enclave of the Organization in the Syrian Desert within the areas that are controlled by the regime forces, Russians, and the Iranians in north of Palmyra.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from several reliable sources about the continuous transfers of members of the “Islamic State” Organization, from their areas of presence in Deir Ezzor countryside, to areas controlled by the Turkey-Supported “Euphrates Shield” operation forces, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: tens of families have left the farms where the “Islamic State” Organization exists between al-Baghuz area and the east bank of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, towards areas controlled by “Euphrates Shield” operation forces in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the number of Families have reached more than 142 families until the 27th of February 2019, who paid huge amount of money in order to reach the Turkish territory through a network of smugglers, and this network includes tens of members of the Syria Democratic Forces and “Euphrates Shield” forces, as well as civilians work as smugglers, where the reliable sources confirmed that the highest amount of money paid for smuggling was about 90000$ US dollars; to transport a non-Syrian family from the east of Euphrates farms towards the Turkish territory.

The reliable sources confirmed that the smuggling network had transported antiquities, families, and members of the “Islamic State” Organization, while the intelligence of SDF and the Syria Democratic Forces carried out a security operation and arrested more than 120 of its members, in addition to tens of civilians who are working in the network, and they were transferred to intelligence headquarters for interrogation, and the Syrian Observatory learned that smuggling was carried out through military vehicles; and that some members exploited their influence and smuggled ISIS members and their families of non-Syrian nationalities towards areas controlled by “Euphrates Shield” Operation forces to be transported towards the Turkish territories but some are trying to reach Idlib province, they are the Syrian families who want to get out of the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas not to be arrested, because some of them are affiliated to the Organization when it used to control the east Euphrates area, also the Syrian Observatory learned that a number of the detainees of members of these networks had in their possessions gold, US dollars, cars, and vehicle they seized.
