Despite the clans’ mediations to release its former members in the SDF’s jails…a suicidal attack targets clans’ dignitaries and the SDF in Al-Raqqah

Al-Raqqah Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, that a suicidal attack targeted clans’ dignitaries and the Syria Democratic Forces in a village related to Al-Karama area in Al-Raqqah countryside, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; a suicide bomber attacked the area of presence of the SDF and the dignitaries in Jadeedat Al-Khabur village in the countryside of Al-Raqqah province, where the reliable sources confirmed to the SOHR that the member opened fire on 3 dignitaries of those who were at the place of the bombing, then he blew himself up which resulted in the killing of 4 persons at least they are: 3 dignitaries as well as a member of the SDF, in addition to the fall of a number of injuries, while this bombing comes in the wake of mediations by the dignitaries of clans to release hundreds of former ISIS members who are detained in the prisons and jails of the SDF, and as a part of the series of assassinations and killing attempts, which target the Syria Democratic Forces, citizens and persons who it (the organization) threatened in its vengeance announcement, where since the 19th of August 2018 until today; these reprisals have claimed the lives of 235 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 69 civilians including a woman in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 162 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human monitored the injury of tens of people due to these assassinations.
