Shelling and clashes in about 15 areas in Aleppo, Hama, and Idlib and more human casualties raise to about 365, the number of casualties during both presidents’ agreement

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored after midnight of yesterday the continuation of violations in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and in Putin – Erdogan areas, where the regime forces shelled by mortar shells areas on the outskirts of the villages of al-Hwaiz, Jesr Beit al-Ras, and al-Sharia in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, and other areas in Qal’aat al-Madiq town in the northwestern countryside of Hama, also the regime forces targeted after midnight of yesterday areas in Morek town and al-Sakhr village in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, and other areas in the towns and villages of al-Khwyn, al-Tamanah, al-Zarzour, and Om al Khalakhil in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and in the same context, the areas of al-Mallah and al-Castillo north of Aleppo and al-Mansoura area west of Aleppo witnessed violent clashes, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions working in the area, accompanied by exchange of shelling between both parties, and rocket shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in Khan al-Asal and the southwestern countryside of Jam’eyyat al-Kahraba’a in the southwestern countryside of Aleppo, which killed a fighter and wounded 3 others of an Islamic legion close to Turkey, raising to 364, the number of people who were killed since Erdogan – Putin agreement, 152 civilians including 59 children and 29 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, among them 6 citizens including a child, who were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 87 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 21 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 125 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that more violations which targeted the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the warplanes targeted areas in Kaft Zita town and its outskirts, in the northern countryside of Hama, in the wake of the bombardment which targeted the areas of the truce, where the SOHR monitored airstrikes by warplanes which targeted areas in Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib province, the regime forces also targeted places in the area of Shir Mghar hundreds of meters away the Turkish observation post, while the regime forces shelled areas in village Al-Karkat village in Jabal Shashabo, the regime forces also targeted areas in Al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, while they shelled areas in Al-Taman’aa, Sukayk, Um Jalal and Al-Tah in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, the regime forces also targeted areas in Qalaat al-Madiq town and other places in the villages of Al-Huwayz and Al-Sharia, in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, and the SOHR has documented the death of 363 the number of people who were killed since Erdogan – Putin agreement, 152 civilians including 59 children and 29 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, among them 6 citizens including a child, who were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 86 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 21 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 125 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored the increase of escalation by the regime forces and warplanes on the 15th of February 2019, and SOHR monitored the displacement of more than 80000 civilians from their towns and villages, and Khan Shaykhun city in the southern sector of Idlib countryside had the largest share and the neighborhoods of the city became empty, while the rest of people were displaced from the towns and villages in north and northwest of Hama, and the southern, southeastern and eastern countryside of Idlib, in addition to the displacement from Aleppo countryside within the Area “depopulated area” which supposed to be the “demilitarized” area, and in Hama; villages and towns of Sahl al-Ghab have witnessed the displacement of tens of families towards the Turkish observation post in Shir Mghar northwest of Hama and to the Syrian border with Iskenderun north of Idlib, to take cover from the shelling that targets their villages and towns, and the number of displaced families from villages of Sahl al-Ghab is estimated to be more than 2000 families from 13 villages and towns, of which more than half of their population were displaced, namely Qal’aat al-Madiq, Sharia al-Ankawi, Bab al-Taqa, Hamra, Hwaiz, al-Hawijah, Twyna, al-Hawash, al-Emyqa, Qlidin, al-Deqmaq, al-Zaqqum, Jesr Beit al-Ras, also the areas of Kafr Zita, al-Lataminah, and Morek in the northern countryside of Hama were continuously shelled after which tens of families were displaced of those who have returned recently to their towns because of shelling stopped for several months, and also returned because the border camps are overcrowded with the inhabitants of these towns, of which Salqeen and Harm make the larger proportion of camps’ inhabitants on the Turkish border.

And in Idlib Province, the areas that are located near the highway of Aleppo – Damascus and the southern, eastern and southeastern sectors of Idlib, and Khan Shaykhun topped the charts in terms of the massacres and large-scale displacement of its inhabitants, while the villages and areas of Sukayk, al-Tamanah, and al-Raffah, Om Jalal, Khwyn, al-Tah, Jarjanaz, and al-Ferja witnessed a long-term military escalation, which made these villages almost empty, except for few youths who remained to guard their neighborhoods and homes, and in Maarrat al-Nu’man city; the population is ready to flee to the unknown in any time after the camps became full, and Saraqib was one of the destinations for the people of the demilitarized area, which in turn has been shelled and the death is still haunting the displaced people in the cities and towns in which they seek refuge that may shelter them from regime’s hell.

The Syrian Observatory has documented since the 15th of February 2019, the date of staring the escalation on the area, the death of 123 people, they are 54 civilian citizens, including 17 children and 9 citizen women, they were killed in shelling by the regime forces on areas in the countryside of Hama and other areas around it, including a child who was killed in the bombardment of warplanes on Khan Shaykhun, including 4 people who were killed and shelling by the factions including a child, and 21 fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions and 44 member from the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and the number of casualties may increase because there are injured people who are in dangerous situations.
