In a new statement on the Syrian situation…the Syrian Islamic Council that is close to the Turkish authorities condemns the Coalition’s massacre in Al-Baghuz farms

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a statement issued by the Syrian Islamic Council which is close to the Turkish authorities, in which it talked about the massacre in Al-Baghuz which took place as a result of shelling by the International Coalition on the areas of presence of the remaining members of the “Islamic State” organization and their families which caused the death of about 200 persons including more than 160 of the families of the organization, including more than 100 children and women, and the statement says “the news agencies report confirmed news and horrific scenes of the massacres that are being carried out by the Syria Democratic Forces (SDF) backed by the International Coalition against the citizens of children, women and the defenseless in Al-Baghuz area, which melts the hearts and hurts every living conscience in the world and of anyone still has a little bit humanity and jealous for the human rights, the Islamic Council and with regard to these horrific massacres, emphasizes the following: the Council greatly condemns these savage and horrid massacres which targeted citizens and innocents, and calls to stop them immediately, and combating terrorism and fighting terrorists does not justify the horrid massacres and killing innocent citizens, as we believe that these countries which claim that they fight terrorism, are the ones that created it or participated in creating it in one way or another, and what the SDF constantly commit in several areas will have serious consequences over the Syria’s community, and their effects will remain in the minds of our people for decades, and will remain a black spot in the history of this criminal gang, finally, we invoke Allah to be kind to our Syrian people, women, children and elders, help them in their ordeal, and keep them away from the oppressor’s machination”

And the Syrian Observatory published previously in the beginning of January 2019, that the so-called “Syrian Islamic Council” issued a statement denouncing the “oppression and aggression” of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the Syrian north, and the Syrian Observatory received a copy of the statement which stated:

“Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham “al-Nusra Front” has been addicted to the oppression and aggression against the Free Army battalions, and the killing and capture of free civilians, where its leadership does not deter by religion or manners of committing atrocities and bloodshed, where Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham has fought more than 15 of military Jihadi factions, which weakened the front against the criminal Assad regime, and each time it refuses to go to an independent Islamic court in any dispute between itself and other factions, instead, it fights as if it is the legitimate ruler of the area in the way of the oppression and aggression Khawarij, who have been a plagued in this nation a long time ago, at a time where the Free Army factions are preparing for the battle of liberating Manbij form the hands of the separatist gangs; Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham launched its latest aggression in some of the liberated areas of the western countryside of Aleppo, and the Syrian Islamic Council would like to refer to the following:

We call on all factions of the Free Army to stand united to defeat this despicable Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, so that it cannot return to its aggression again.

We call the young fighters in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham to keep away from them, so they do not become fuel of clashes in which innocent lives and blood are shed.

We call on all revolutionary bodies and all the free supporters of the revolution to demonstrate and protest against the sinful act and brutal aggression of Tahrir al-Sham.”

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 16ht of September 2018 that a statement issued by the Syrian Islamic Council about the “seizure of property in the area of Olive Branch Operation”, and the statement says:

“The property of the safe population should not be interfered with under any condition, and the property of the separatism militia falls under public funds, explaining by that not to interfere to the private and public funds in the areas which were under the control of the Kurdish Forces, and they may not be removed from their people, whether they are real estate, land, or agricultural products without a “Sharia reason,” because they belong to the people of the area, also the property of family members of the Kurdish Forces are left untouched or confiscated, with forbidding the removal of people from their homes or confiscating their crops and land, and when it is proven in court that the land was seized in the above-mentioned cases then it is returned to their owner, and if the owner is not known it is kept at the disposal of the local administrations, and its income is spend on the public interest and especially the families of martyrs, displaced, and needy people, while the premises, assets, and property of the Kurdish Forces -which were not previously taken from citizens- become for the public interest under the supervision of the local administration, and every fighter or faction must return all the money they have taken, land, or crop without permission or acceptance of the landowners or have not been paid must be returned to their owners, and the Islamic Council has recommended to local administrations to count and document the property and real estate in those areas, along with immediate investigating and return of any violation in the property of the safe population, where the injustice is forbidden in anyone’s right, and Allah almighty knows better.
