Ground shelling by the regime forces targets the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce leaving more injuries in both sectors of Hama and Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new violations within the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted areas in the villages of Al-Mouhajrin and Al-Sharia in Sahl Al-Ghab which injured a woman and her daughter, while areas in Al-Mansurah town in the western countryside of Aleppo, were subjected to artillery shelling by the regime forces, while the regime forces targeted areas in Zammar village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, preceded by shelling which targeted Tal Hawash area in the northern countryside of Hama and Kafr Zita area in the same countryside, as well as Al-Sahriyeh village in Jabal Shashabo, without information about human losses, and the SOHR published hours ago, that the regime forces targeted areas in the villages of Jesr Beit al-Ras, al-Ankawi, and al-Hwaiz in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also shelled areas in Shahranaz village in Jabal Shashabo, coincided with shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in Jarjanaz town in Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside, while the factions targeted al-Bahsa and Maan areas in Hama countryside, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published hours earlier that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces targeted areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, and areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement, where the regime forces targeted the vicinity of Atshan village in the northern countryside of Hama, also the ground shelling targeted areas in Bsonqul town on the outskirts of al-Tamanah town and Sukayk village in Idlib countryside, while the regime forces shelled places in the area between the villages of Zarzour  and Om al-Khalakhil in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and this came in conjunction with running a patrol by the Turkish Forces between the areas of Khan Shaykhun in Idlib countryside and Morek in the southern countryside of Hama, and this patrol comes on the day 201 of the demilitarized area agreement, where the 201 days of the demilitarized area agreement, which has been transformed into an area where the weapons are buried, at a time when terms of the agreement have not been met even 200 days after the agreement was reached, on the 17th of September 2018, between the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan since that date, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored significant casualties among civilians, fighters, and “jihadi” factions, which have not left the area, and the members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where the Syrian Observatory documented 532 at least, the number of people who were killed since Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 261 civilians including 96 children and 53 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 13 people including 4 children were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 120 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 37 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 151 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published in the past 24 hours that the Turkish military patrols were started from the Turkish point in Morek town in the northern countryside of Hama, until al-Eis town in the southern countryside of Aleppo, in a continuation for running the patrols that until now neither they, their leadership, nor the guarantors of the agreement can commit to their guarantees in stopping or reducing the escalation at least, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 3rd of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights continues to monitor movements of the Turkish Forces in Syrian north within their checkpoints, where a Turkish patrol was launched from the Turkish observation post in Morek town in the northern countryside of Hama, towards the Turkish observation post in al-Sarman town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the first of April 2019 that the atmosphere of the southern countryside of Aleppo, eastern countryside of Idlib, and the southeastern countryside of Idlib witnessed the flight of 2 Turkish warplanes, in conjunction with the roam of a Turkish military patrol starting from the Turkish observation post in al-Eis area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, towards the Turkish military point in Tal al-Touqan in Idlib countryside. switching shifts in the Turkish posts in Shir Mghar, Murak, Kafr Nabudah and Eshtabraq, and the SOHR published yesterday, Monday, that it monitored a Turkish military patrol, which was launched from Morek area at the northern countryside of Hama towards the Turkish point in al-Sarman area in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, amid the overflights of Turkish warplanes in the area and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 24th of March 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a new Turkish military convoy to the Syrian territory before midnight of yesterday to replace members of the Turkish points, where it arrived in the Turkish point in the southern countryside of Aleppo and then headed towards the Turkish point in al-Sarman town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, and the entry of the Turkish column comes in continuation of supporting the presence of the Turkish forces at the Turkish interior despite the escalation by the regime and the Russians on areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, and on areas Putin – Erdogan agreement, where these escalations are carried out without any response by the Turkish authorities, which focused mainly as all media and international partiers on the issue of ending the Organization in the east of Euphrates, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of a new military column by the Turkish Forces into Syrian territory after midnight of yesterday, through Kafrluseen border crossing with Iskenderun, where the column was headed towards the Turkish observation post in al-Sarman in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man city, and a process of switching members took place in the point before the column left again towards the Turkish territory, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored running a new military patrol by the Turkish forces launched from al-Rashedin area in the western suburbs of Aleppo, until the Turkish point in al-Eis town in the southern countryside of Aleppo, coincided with the overflights of Turkish warplanes over the area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the morning of the 19th of March 2019, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored on Wednesday morning that a Turkish military patrol was launched from the Turkish point in Morek town in the northern countryside of Hama, towards al-Tamanah in the southern countryside of Idlib, to the Turkish military point in al-Sarman town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, amid the flight of Turkish warplanes in the skies of the area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 18th of March 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that new patrols of the Turkish forces are expected to be run tomorrow, Monday the 18th of March 2019, within the villages and towns of the area of Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western sector of Hama, within Putin – Erdogan demilitarized zone, and the SOHR learned that commanders of factions loyal to Turkey appealed civic and military parties in Sahl Al-Ghab to conduct pro-Turkey marches during the passing of the patrols in the towns and villages of Sahl Al-Ghab, demanding the raising of Turkish flags before the cameras and the international media which will be present as the patrols pass, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored a Turkish military patrol being run from Kherbet Eljoz toward Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, in the demilitarized zone agreed upon between the Russian and Turkish presidents, where it entered from Kherbet Eljoz towards Eshtabraq in Jisr Al-Shughur countryside, to the villages of Hawijah, Al-Huwayz and Al-Amiqah and roamed there until it reached Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib.
