Meetings between SDF representatives and notables from areas witnessed protests in Deir Ezzor as new demonstrations against SDF take place in the area

The Syrian Observatory monitored the exit of a new demonstration in Shannan village which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the demonstrators raised banners some of which say: “we demand the release of civilian detainees who were arrested without a guilt” along with names of some detainees at SDF, and “Where are the Oil resources? We will no longer accept the transfer of our riches beyond our areas”, in the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a meeting took place in the factories area, between representatives of the Syria Democratic Forces and notables of al-Bakir clan, to whom the family of Farhan Mashman al-Sarhan (who was killed by the International Coalition and SDF a few days ago) belongs, and the sources added that the leadership of SDF asked for the presence of representatives of the demonstrators, but they refused and only sent demands, the Syrian Observatory obtained a copy of them:

“1-Stopping the arbitrary operation carried out by the security services against the innocent people.

  1. Releasing the detainees of the malicious reports and the ready-charges such as (belongs to ISIS or belongs to Euphrates shield)
  2. Releasing women and children of the area detained in camps.
  3. Not dealing with the regime and stopping the oil smuggling crossings.
  4. Activating the role of people of the area who are commanders in SDF.
  5. Treat the people of Deir Ezzor in al-Hasakah and al-Raqqah well and allowing them to enter and leave without a guarantor.
  6. canceling conscription and taking volunteers only.
  7. canceling the role of cadres present in the Civil Council and activating the role of committee heads and the president of the Civil Council.
  8. Provision of fuel and electricity.
  9. Not to interfere with the demonstrators.
  10. Ending the problems caused by the military command with civilians”

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago that popular protests continue against the Syria Democratic Forces in their controlled areas in Deir Ezzor Province, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored demonstrations for the 5th consecutive day in the towns, cities, and villages of Deir Ezzor countryside, where a demonstration took place in al-Tayyana town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor against the Syria Democratic Forces, where the demonstrators raised banners read: “SDF prisons: Arab 100%, Kurds 0%” and “Living situation” no electricity, no farming, no medication, no water, rebellion of the clans,” and sources of the Syrian Observatory reported that members of the Syria Democratic Forces forcibly dispersed the gatherings and shot in the air, coincided with bringing several armored vehicles to the demonstration area and arresting several demonstrators, and they were taken to an unknown destination, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday, Saturday, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored new demonstrations this morning within Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates, where the demonstrations continue in al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, while another demonstration took place in al-Husain town in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and the demonstrators raised banners read “the people want to overthrow the dictatorship” and “we will bring it back as it used to be” and “they call for democracy while they are racist”, and these continuous demonstrations in their fourth consecutive day come against the violations of the Syria Democratic Forces, where sources told the Syrian Observatory that -according to demonstrators- the increase in frequency of the demonstrations came in conjunction with “policies of the Syria Democratic Forces in the area and their repeated violations against civilians, like the arbitrary arrest, torturing detainees in solitary prison to confess charges they did not commit, and confining the leadership positions at the Syria Democratic Forces entirely to the Kurds, in conjunction with smuggling oil to regime forces’-controlled areas and its high prices in its source areas in Deir Ezzor compared to its cheap price in Hasaka.”

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new assassination against members of the Syria Democratic Forces, on Friday evening, where armed men believed to be from the “Islamic State” organization shot at members from the Syria Democratic Forces in Tayyana town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which caused casualties, where 4 SDF members were killed and others were injured, and this comes as a part of the continuation of ISIS cells for their conquest of “war revenge for al-Sham State” against the Syria Democratic Forces, raising to 281 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people killed in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 77 civilians including a woman in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 200 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human monitored the injury of tens of people due to these assassinations.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 26th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a demonstration in al-Daman village in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, protesting against the killing of civilians yesterday in the Mashikh village by a force of the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, demanding to hold the killers accountable, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the demonstration extended to al-Busayrah city, which is witnessing increased discontent by people of the city against the Syria Democratic Forces, while the Syrian Observatory published on Thursday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the International Coalition carried out at midnight of yesterday an airdrop operation, in Mashikh village near al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor near a home of a civilians in the village, with the support of a ground force of the Syria Democratic Forces, where the owner of the house was targeted with his family by bullets which caused casualties, where the owner of the house and 2 of his sons were killed in addition to his son’s pregnant wife.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on Thursday that the demonstrations continue for the second consecutive day in the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas in Deir Ezzor Province, where the Syrian Observatory monitored a mass demonstration in al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the demonstration was against the Syria Democratic Forces in which the demonstrators raised banners some of them read: “today demonstration, tomorrow uprising” and “no for the Kurdish occupation,” also another demonstration against SDF took place in M’eizileh village in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and these demonstrations come within the “Arab – Kurdish congestion” according to demonstrators, they also come in the light of chaos and the great insecurity in the areas, which in turn until stand powerless until the moment and cannot control it, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday Wednesday, that the escalating popular discontent continues in the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored demonstrations in the towns of al-Kasra and Mhimideh, and the villages of al-Jninah and al-Hesan in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor which are under control of the Syria Democratic Forces, protesting against the deteriorating security conditions, the high prices, and the continuation of transfer oil by the Syria Democratic Forces to their controlled areas in al-Hasaka, where members from the Syria Democratic Forces shoot in the air to disperse the demonstration in al-Hesan village, but residents took out their weapons, expelled them from the village, and set up checkpoints to prevent the oil tankers and cars of the Syria Democratic Forces from passing, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 20th of April 2019, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored resentment prevailing among the people in Swidan Jazira village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after killing a man under torture by the Syria Democratic Forces, and in the details obtained the Syrian Observatory: SDF members arrested a person on the 26th of March 2019 in Gharanij town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where he was accused of “belonging to ISIS” and “planning to detonate a booby-trapped vehicle in Gharanij town”, where he was severely beaten during his arrest which broke his arm back then, then he died under torture inside prisons of Syria Democratic Forces, it is noteworthy that the man is one of the people who returned to his village, Swidan Jazira, after the Syria Democratic Forces controlled it, where he displaced from it when the Organization took control of it.
