Regime’s helicopters drop about 70 barrel bombs on several areas of Idlib and Hama countryside since the morning of the 4th day of violent escalation

The helicopters dropped more barrel bombs on several areas in Hama and Idlib countryside, as part of their 4th day of intense aerial targeting, in particular by regime’s helicopters, where it rose to 68, the number of dropped barrels since this morning, they are: 12 on Kafrenbudeh, 11 on the outskirts of Kansafra, 9 on Horsh Kafrnebbul, 7 on outskirts and vicinity of Ihsim, 6 on al-Rakaya, 5 on al-Hbit, and 2 on each of Shannan, the vicinity of Iblin, the vicinity of Belyon, Deir Sunbul, Hersh Hass, outskirts of Karsaa, the vicinity of Ma’aret Hurmah, Kafrsajna, and Hzarin, leaving more casualties, where two were killed citizens: one in Ihsim and the other in al-Hbit, and in the same context, warplanes of the regime carried out at least 5 raids targeting places in al-Hbit town, in conjunction with rocket intensive shelling by the regime forces targeting areas in the town, and other areas in al-Ziyara at Sahl al-Ghab, while rocket shells launched by the factions and fell on places in al-Suqaylabiyah town, which is inhabited by Christian citizens in the western countryside of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 38, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin-Erdogan agreement, and they are: 26 civilians including 2 children and 8 citizen women, where 9 of them including 3 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 8 including 2 women were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 4 woman were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 5 people including a woman were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, while at least 8 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes, in addition to the killing of 4 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the heaviest continuous escalation on its 13th day, to 192 persons in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 3rd of May 2019, they are 75 civilians including 14 children and 18 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 4 civilians casualty was killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 28 of the jihadi groups were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 70 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019 and the 2nd of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 559 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 312 civilians including 85 children under the age of eighteen and 75 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 28 people including 6 children under the age of eighteen and 5 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 88 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 54 fighters of the “jihadis” and 159 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 788 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 392 civilians including 117 children and 87 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 31 people including 6 children and 5 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 155 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 68 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 241 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
