23 days since the beginning of the most violent escalation, about 665 were killed in 16000 air and ground strikes accompanied by violent clashes within the “de-escalation” area

Warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” continue their intensive aerial bombardment within the “de-escalation” area, where they have carried out several raids since midnight of yesterday, targeting by 14 raids Kafr Nabudah town and its outskirts, 11 raids on al-Hbit town south of Idlib, 3 on the outskirts of Hass, and 2 raids on each of the outskirts and vicinity of Tremla, Kafr Ain, al-Qassabiyyeh, and Mughr al-Hamam, and the helicopters dropped 31 barrel bombs since midnight of yesterday, they are: 11 on Kafr Nabudah, 10 on al-Hbit, 8 on Hersh al-Qassabiyyeh, and 2 on Tremla, also regime’s warplanes carried out several raids this morning on Kafr Nabudah, Ma’aret Hurmah, and Hzarin, and in the same context, the regime forces targeted with more than 200 shells and missiles several areas in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, in Sahl al-Ghab and Jabal Shahshabbu, in addition to the southern sector of Idlib countryside and Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia since midnight of yesterday until this morning, while the clashes continue between the jihadi groups and factions against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, in areas at Kafr Nabudah, Jabal Shashabo, and Sahl al-Ghab in Hama countryside, and the Syrian Observatory documented more casualties against the backdrop of shelling and continuous clashes since after midnight of yesterday, where 11 of the Jihadi factions and groups were killed, and 4 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were also killed during the same battles.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 664, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until today, the 23rd of May 2019, and they are: 204 civilians including 39 children and 41 citizen women, and they are 44 including 13 children and 12 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 26 including 7 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 77 including 12 women, 13 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 36 people including 6 women and 3 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 21 citizens including 10 children and 3 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 245 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 215 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 34th day, to 817 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 23rd of May 2019, they are 254 civilians including 53 children and 52 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 25 civilian casualties including 10 children and 4 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 263 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 281 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, the 23rd of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1193 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they  are 492 civilians including 123 children under the age of eighteen and 110 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 49 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 9 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 331 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 198 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 370 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1422 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 572 civilians including 154 children and 122 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 398 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 212 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 452 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
