More than 20 were killed and injured in air raids carried out by regime warplanes which targeted Ariha city south of Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of at least three citizens and the injury of more than 18 others, as a result of airstrikes carried out by regime’s warplanes on Ariha city in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, in addition to the presence of trapped people under the rubble, while the Syrian Observatory monitored more air and ground strikes targeted the demilitarized area of “Putin – Erdogan” on the 28th day of the heaviest escalation ever, where where it rose to 93, the number of barrel bombs dropped by the helicopters since dawn of today, they are: 24 on al-Hbit, 19 on Kafr Sejneh, 12 on Khan Shaykhun, 11 on Sheikh Mustafa, 10 Maaret Hurmah, 9 on Kabani, and 2 barrels on each of Sirmaniyah, Maar Zita, Hish, and al-Naqir, while it rose to 100, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on the “de-escalation” area on Monday, and they are:  23 on al-Hbit, 17 on Khan Shaykhun, 13 on Ma’aret Hurmah, 12 on Kabani area, 6 on Sheikh Mustafa, and 2 raids on each of the outskirts of al-Bara, Batinta, Ihsim, Eblin, Kafr Owaid, al-Naqir, Maar Zita, Karsa’a, al-Faqea, Sfuhen, Kafr Owaid, Tremla, and Kafr Nubl.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 817, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until today, the 26th of May 2019, and they are: 239 civilians including 47 children and 49 citizen women, and they are 44 including 13 children and 12 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 29 including 8 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 102 including 17 women, 20 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 42 people including 5 women and 4 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 21 citizens including 10 children and 3 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 309 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 269 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 36th day, to 970 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 26th of May 2019, they are 289 civilians including 61 children and 60 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 25 civilian casualties including 10 children and 4 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 327 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 335 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, the 26th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1346 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 527 civilians including 131 children under the age of eighteen and 117 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 49 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 9 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 395 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 237 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 424 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1575 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 607 civilians including 162 children and 130 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 462 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 251 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 506 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
