Regime’s warplanes and ground forces start the 29th day of the most violent escalation with more than 325 air and ground strikes mainly targeting the southern countryside of Idlib

The violent operation is still taking place in al-Hbit town and its vicinity in the southern countryside of Idlib in terms of the aerial and ground bombardment and shelling, where more than 15 helicopters have been targeting the area since midnight of yesterday until this morning, and they dropped more than 49 barrel bombs on areas in the town, they also dropped barrel other on Hish, Qassabiyyeh, and Kafr Ain in southern Idlib countryside, also the warplanes carried out on Tuesday morning 9 raids on al-Hbit, 3 on the al-Qassabiyyeh, 2 on Tremla, 2 on Naqir, 2 on Kafrsajna, while they targeted by more than 245 shells and missile areas in al-Hbit, Abdeen, outskirts of Khan Shaykhun, Ma’aret Hurmah, Kafrsajna, and other areas in the southern part of Idlib countryside, and Kafr Zita, al-Zakat, the vicinity of al-Lataminah, and other places in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, in addition to Rasm al-Eis, al-Ksibiyyeh, Talhedyeh in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and in the same context, clashes took place between the jihadi groups against the regime forces supported by their loyal gunmen, in areas in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, accompanied by exchange of shelling and targeting, amid information about casualties in the ranks of both parties.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 834, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 27th of May 2019, and they are: 255 civilians including 55 children and 53 citizen women, and they are 44 including 13 children and 12 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 32 including 8 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 113 including 21 women, 25 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 45 people including 5 women and 4 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 21 citizens including 10 children and 3 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 310 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 269 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 38th day, to 987 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 27th of May 2019, they are 305 civilians including 69 children and 64 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 25 civilian casualties including 10 children and 4 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 328 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 335 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, the 26th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1363 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 543 civilians including 139 children under the age of eighteen and 120 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 49 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 9 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 396 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 238 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 424 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1592 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 623 civilians including 169 children and 132 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 463 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 253 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 506 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
