The regime forces and militiamen loyal to them continue advancing in the southern countryside of Idlib after the intense air and ground cover

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored violent clashes in areas of al-Humayrat, Hardana, Qiratah, al-Qaroutiyyah in the southern countryside of Idlib, between the rebel factions and the Jihadi groups against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, after an attack by the latter carried out on sites of the first in the area, with an intensive air and ground cover, where the Syrian Observatory learned that the regime forces were able to advance and go deep in the towns of al-Humayrat, Hardana, Qiratah, and al-Qaroutiyyah in northwest of al-Qassabiyyeh southern of Idlib countryside, of which the regime forces were able to control yesterday, while the Syrian Observatory documented casualties against the backdrop of clashes accompanied by aerial and ground bombardment, where the Syrian Observatory documented casualties against the backdrop of the clashes which were accompanied by aerial and ground bombardment and shelling, where at least 9 of the jihadi factions and groups were killed, and 7 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were also killed, while it rose to 40, the number of air raids by regime’s warplanes which targeted areas in the villages and towns of al-Hbit, Ma’aret Hurmah, Tremla, Khan Shaykhun, the western outskirts of Maarrat al-Nu’man city, Sheikh Mustafa, Bsonqul, Ariha, outskirts of Ariha, Ihsim, Mashun, Kora, al-Sahab, al-Ftirah, Ma’arrat al-Sin, Hzarin, Sfuhen, Karsa’a , and Shahranaz in Idlib and Hama countryside, also the helicopters dropped 5 barrel bombs on areas in al-Naqir in the southern countryside of Idlib, also areas in Maarat al-Sin village south of Idlib were under shelling by cluster missiles by the regime forces, also it rose to 3, including 2 children, the number of civilians who were killed today in regime’s aerial and ground bombardment, and they are: a child died affected by wounds he had on Monday in rocket shelling targeted Kafr Nubl, another child died on Sunday morning in aerial bombardment targeted in Deir Sunbul village, and a citizen was killed in air raids by regime’s warplanes which targeted areas in al-Faqea town in Jabal Shashabo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 1095, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 4th of June 2019, and they are: 338 civilians including 80 children and 73 citizen women, and they are 48 including 15 children and 16 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 36 including 8 women and 4 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 178 including 38 women, 46 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 53 people including 7 women and 5 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 22 citizens including 10 children and 4 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 437 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 320 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 45th day, to 1243 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 4 of June 2019, they are 388 civilians including 94 children and 81 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 26 civilian casualties including 10 children and 5 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 462 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 393 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, 3rd of June 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1635 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 625 civilians including 164 children under the age of eighteen and 137 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 50 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 535 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 335 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 475 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1860 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 705 civilians including 194 children and 149 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 602 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 355 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 553 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
