The regime’s ground forces shell the southern countryside of Idlib province by the incendiary phosphorus in conjunction with the continued targeting by the regime’s warplanes and helicopters to the “de-escalation” zone

The ground and aerial bombardment is still continuing by the regime’s warplanes and helicopters on the “de-escalation” zone, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented ground shelling by the regime forces by rockets loaded with the incendiary phosphorus targeting areas in Kafr Sajna town in the southern countryside of Idlib, also areas in Kafr Nubl city were subjected to rocket shelling by the regime forces which resulted in the outbreak of fire in several residential houses as well as the injury of 5 citizens, while the SOHR documented 10 civilian casualties who were killed today within the “de-escalation” area, they are: 6 citizens including 2 children and a woman who were killed in a massacre carried out by the regime’s warplanes in Kafr Oweid town in the southern countryside of Idlib, a woman was killed in artillery shelling by the regime forces on areas in Murak town in the northern countryside of Hama, a citizen woman and 2 of her children due to aerial bombardment today evening by the regime’s warplanes on Maarrat Al-Nu’man, while it rose to 26, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on the “de-escalation” zone since today’s afternoon, targeting Tal A’as, Maarrat Al-Nu’man, Sahab, Tremla, Al-Sahriyyeh and Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, while it rose to 114, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since the morning targeting Ma’aret Hurmah, Kafar Aweed, Ma’arrat al-Sin, Hzarin, Jabal al-Arba’in, Sfuhen, Kansafra, Ihsim, Deir Sunbul, al-Faqea, the surrounding of Kafr Nubl, Khan Shaykhun, Tremla, Sheikh Mustafa, Arinbeh, and Karsa’a in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, and al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita towns in the northern countryside of Hama, also the helicopters dropped 14 barrel bombs on areas in the villages and towns of Rakaya Sajna, Al-Hbit, Al-Sayyad and Abdeen in both Hama and Idlib countryside, while areas in Al-Ankawi and Al-Amiqah towns came under rocket shelling which resulted in the outbreak of fires in the agricultural crops, raising to at least 650, the number of rocket shells through which the regime forces targeted the southern sector of Idlib countryside and both northern and north-western countryside of Hama, in addition to Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, also it rose to 360, the number of shells and missiles fired by the factions and the jihadi groups on Qalaat Al-Madiq, Kafr Nabudah, Qasabiyeh, Tal Hawash, Muhradah, Tal Melh, Jibbin, Al-Hammamiyat and Jurin, which is under the control of the regime forces in both northern and north-western countryside of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 1121, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 5th of June 2019, and they are: 351 civilians including 84 children and 76 citizen women, and they are 48 including 15 children and 16 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 36 including 8 women and 4 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 192 including 41 women, 50 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 54 people including 8 women and 5 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 22 citizens including 10 children and 4 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 446 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 324 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 46th day, to 1271 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 5th of June 2019, they are 401 civilians including 98 children and 84 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 26 civilian casualties including 10 children and 5 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 461 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 390 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 5th of June 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1650 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 639 civilians including 168 children under the age of eighteen and 140 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 50 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 532 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 338 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 479 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1879 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 719 civilians including 198 children and 152 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 599 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 357 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 561 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
