With Russian support, the regime forces desperately fight to regain control of a strategic village northwest of Hama, and more casualties raise to about 1250, the number of people killed since the start of the heaviest escalation

The clashes are still raging between the rebel and Islamic factions and the jihadi groups against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them supported by Russian Forces, in the fronts of Hama countryside, in a renewed attack by the regime forces to regain control of Strategic area of Tal Meleh in the northwestern countryside of Hama, amid intense aerial and ground bombardment by the Russian warplanes and regime’s warplanes, while the Syrian Observatory learned that the factions and the Jihadis withdrew from the sites to which they advancement in al-Jomla and Karnaz northwest of Hama, where the factions are still controlling al-Jabin and Tal Meleh during the military operation they started Thursday afternoon, and the Syrian Observatory also documented more casualties during these battles, where at least 14 fighters including 6 of the rebel and Islamic factions were killed in the air and ground bombings and clashes northwest of Hama, also 5 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed during the same battles.

In the same context, the Russian warplanes carried out dawn and morning of Saturday 13 raids targeting areas in Zakat, Hasraya, al-Arba’in, Latmin, and Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, also regime’s warplanes carried out more than 32 raids since midnight of yesterday and until the moment, targeting places in Khan Shaykhun, al-Hbit, Hass, outskirts of Karsa’a, Sfuhen, Ma’aret Hurmah, and Kafr Aweed in southern countryside of Idlib, and Morek in the northern countryside of Hama, also the helicopters dropped barrel bombs after midnight of yesterday on Maarrat al-Nu’man city, amid rocket shelling by the regime forces since midnight on several areas in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, in addition to the southern countryside of Idlib and the Kabani area at Jabal al-Akrad.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 1247, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 8th of June 2019, and they are: 357 civilians including 86 children and 76 citizen women, and they are 49 including 15 children and 16 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 36 including 8 women and 4 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 195 including 40 women, 51 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 55 people including 8 women and 6 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 22 citizens including 10 children and 4 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 508 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 382 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 49th day, to 1397 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 8th of June 2019, they are 407 civilians including 100 children and 84 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 26 civilian casualties including 10 children and 5 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 523 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 448 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 8th of June 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1776 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 645 civilians including 170 children under the age of eighteen and 140 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 50 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 594 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 377 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 537 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 2005 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 725 civilians including 200 children and 152 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 661 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 392 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 619 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
