The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored thousands of people (citizens, fighters and popular and local parties) holding a funeral for Abdul Baset al-Sarout who died affected by the injury he had in battles against the regime forces in the area of Tal Melh in the north-western countryside of Hama, where the funeral was held in the border town with Iskendrun, Al-Dana, after the arrival of the body of the martyr from the Turkish hospitals in Iskendrun just before today’s noon, and the Syrian Observatory learned that al-Sarout was buried in Al-Dana town next to the grave of his brother who died previously and was buried there.

And the SOHR published yesterday that the military commander in Jaysh al-Izza Abdul Baset al-Sarout died affected by wounds he had during clash against the regime forces in Tal Meleh area at the northern countryside of Hama after the midnight of yesterday, it worth mentioning that al-Sarout led the demonstrations in Homs city and his father and four of his brothers were killed in bombing by warplanes of the regime forces and clashes against them in Homs city, before he was forced to exit the city after being besieged by the regime forces, and he joined recently Jaysh al-Izza with his group that got out with him.
