A jihadi faction shells Misyaf area by about 20 ground-to-ground missiles…and about 18 citizens including 7 children were killed by the warplanes of the Syrian regime and the Russian guarantor during the 83rd day of the fiercest escalation campaign witnessed in the “de-escalation” zone

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored after midnight of Sunday – Monday, that a jihadi faction targeted positions of the regime forces in Misyaf city and its vicinity in the north-western countryside of Hama by about 20 ground-to-ground missiles, without information about the amount of damage and human losses, and at the end of the 83rd day of the fiercest escalation campaign, the SOHR documented cautious calm interrupted by artillery shelling on the “de-escalation” zone after tens of air and ground strikes which targeted the countryside of Idlib, Hama and Latakia, also the rebel and Islamic factionsshelled Al-Huwayz village, Al-Rasif and Al-Aziziyeh within the controlled areas of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, without information about casualties until now, while it rose to 60, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since morning on Khan Shaykhun and its vicinity, the outskirts of Qasabiyeh, Kafr Nubl, Saraqb and its vicinity, Maarrat Hurma, Urem al-Joz, Maarshourin, the outskirts of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, Tremla, Al-Naqir, Sheikh Mustafa, Al-Fatira, Arinbeh, Rub’ Al-Jour, Maar Zita and Kafr Sajna in the southern and western countryside of Idlib, Al-Zakah, the vicinity of Al-Lataminah, Tal Melh and Al-Jabin in Hama countryside, while the helicopters dropped about 62 barrel bombs and naval mines since morning, on Murak in the northern countryside of Hama, Maarrat Hurma and its outskirts, the vicinity of Hazarin, Maarrat Al-Sin, Sheikh Mustafa, Al-Naqir, Kafr Nubl and its vicinity, Hass, Um Al-Sir, Arinbeh and the outskirts of Qasabiyeh in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, while it rose to 29, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes Khan Shaykhun, the outskirts of Hish, Arinbeh and Jbala south of Idlib, and Kafr Zita and Murak in the northern countryside of Hama, while it rose to about 360, the number of rocket and artillery shells launched by the regime forces through which they targeted places in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, the southern sector of Idlib countryside, in addition to Latakia countryside and the hills of Kabana, also the SOHR documented the death of 18 civilians who were killed today, Sunday, within the “de-escalation” zone, they are: 12 citizens including 5 children and 2 women at least who were killed as a result of a massacre carried out by the regime’s warplanes that targeted areas in Urem al-Joz town in the western countryside of Idlib, 4 citizens including 2 children who were killed in targeting by warplanes to areas in Karuma town south of Idlib, a volunteer in the Civil Defense who was killed due to  bombardment by the Russian warplanes on Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, and a citizen who was killed as a result of raids by warplanes on Jbala town in the southern countryside of Idlib, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of tens of injuries, some of them have seriously wounded, as well as the presence of missing people under the rubble, while the SOHR documented during this day the death of 16 casualties in the ranks of the regime forces, Jihadis and factions, they are: 4 including 2 commanders of Hayyaat tahrir Al-Sham who were killed in aerial bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Murak city, north of Hama, in addition to the killing of 7 fighters of the factions and jihadis in the battles that took place today morning in Qasabiyeh town south of Idlib, and 5 members of the regime forces in the same battles.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2583, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 21st of July 2019, and they are: 691 civilians including 180 children and 135 citizen women, and they are 82 including 24 children and 22 women, and 4 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 58 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 310 including 112 children, 72 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 88 people including 16 women and 11 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 53 citizens including 19 children and 10 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 974 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 614 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 918 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 21st  of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3112 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 977 civilians including 262 children under the age of eighteen and 199 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 81 people including 26 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1060 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 659 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1075 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3341 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1059 civilians including 290 children and 213 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 83 people including 26 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1127 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 673 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1155 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
