With an intense air and ground cover, the regime forces carry out a violent attack against positions of the factions and the Jihadis in Jabal al-Akrad

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored violent clashes in areas of Kabana in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, in a new attack by the regime forces and militias loyal to them against positions of factions and the Jihadi groups, where clashes were accompanied by tens of airstrikes by regime’s warplanes, and in the same context, it rose to 34, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes since Sunday morning targeting places in Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, Tremla, Ariha, Sfuhen, and al-Hbit in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kafr Zita, Lataminah, al-Arba’in, Om Nir, Tal Meleh, al-Jabin, and al-Sermaniyyeh in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, also it rose to 25, the number of strikes carried out by the Russian warplanes targeting places in Kafr Zita, al-Lataminah, Morek, Hasraya, Latmin, and al-Sayyad, in the northern countryside of Hama, and Kabani area in Latakia countryside, in addition to Khan Shaykhun and Tahtaya in the southern countryside of Idlib, while it rose to 15, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopter on Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad and Morek town north of Hama.

While a body of a woman was recovered from under the rubble of bombardment by regime’s warplanes on Ariha city on Saturday, raising to 12 including 7 children and 2 women, the number of people killed in a massacre committed by regime’s warplanes which targeted residential neighborhoods in Ariha.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2752, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 28th of July 2019, and they are: 826 civilians including 208 children and 152 citizen women, and they are 139 including 31 children and 29 women, and 5 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 61 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 455 including 127 children, 77 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 101 people including 19 women and 17 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 70 citizens including 23 children and 12 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 998 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 621 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 928 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 28th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3281 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1112 civilians including 290 children under the age of eighteen and 215 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 96 people including 28 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1084 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 666 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1085 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3511 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1195 civilians including 318 children and 230 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 97 people including 28 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1151 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 679 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1165 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
