The Internal Security Forces (Asayish) arrest a woman of the ISIS cells while trying to target a checkpoint south of Ayn Al-Arab city “Kobani”

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) arrested a woman that they said she belongs to the cells of the “Islamic State” organization, wearing an explosive belt as she was trying to blow herself up at a checkpoint of the Internal Security Forces south of Ayn Al-Arab city “Kobani” in the north-east of Aleppo.

have wrote more than 1200 different ticket against the residents and people of Ain Issa in 3 days, and the sources added that the former ISIS fighters are taking the “traffic police” as an excuse to intervene in everything, where they roam the streets and neighborhoods heavily armed in vehicles equipped with heavy weapons, which paralyzed the movement in the town fearing the actions of those members, the thing which was met with no reaction by the Syria Democratic Forces, and despite the widespread protests and daily complaints, the Syria Democratic Forces has not taken any action against the perpetrators of these violations, which threatens with protest against SDF in the area as is the case in towns and villages in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 17th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that widespread public discontent prevails in Ain Issa town, which is under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces in the northwestern sector of al-Raqqah countryside, due to the practices, behaviors and violations practiced by several “traffic police” in the town, and reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that the perpetrators of these violations are former members and Emirs of the “Islamic State” Organization, back when ISIS controlled the area, before their situations were “settled” after SDF’s control of the area, where they were turned to “traffic police”, and the same sources told the Syrian Observatory that the violations are represented by imposing bribes and royalties on cars and trucks and in particular which belong to the Kurds, not to mention the shameful acts against the pedestrians in the streets and the harassment of the citizen women, and imposing tickets as they please on the cars.

and the SOHR published on the 2nd of March 2019, that Asayish Forces and the Syria Democratic Forces continue to release tens of members of the “Islamic State” Organization, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the release of tens of people out of prisons and detention of Syria Democratic Forces, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: it rose to 283, the number of people released on Saturday, the 2nd of March 2019, of the former members and fighters of ISIS, who are present in prisons of SDF and Asayish in al-Hasakah city, Ayn Issa area, and other areas east of Euphrates, after tribal mediation to release the former fighters of ISIS who were detained in previous periods, and this release comes after other a series of other releases took place by clan mediation by Asayish of members of the Organization, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 7th of February 2019 that the Syrian Observatory received information from several reliable sources, that the raid in al-Raqqah city which used to be the main stronghold of the “Islamic State” Organization, has been taking place since the morning of Today, where about 70 people have been arrested including at least 48 who were arrested at the security forces and Syria Democratic Forces; until they were released earlier by clan mediation through the intervention of notables and clan elders, and trusted sources told the Syrian Observatory that the campaign will last for several days, and will include vast areas poof the east of Euphrates, where sources of the Syrian Observatory suggested that there are between 4000 to 5000 members in villages, towns, and cities controlled by Syria Democratic Forces, who have infiltrated earlier to these areas and formed sleeper cells, some of which follow the “Islamic State” Organization while others follow or pushed by regional parties, to spread chaos in the area and target the Syria Democratic Forces and their controlled areas, and among the targeted people there are gunmen oppose the Syria Democratic Forces who joined these cells or form cells on their own.
