The regime forces shell a town west of Idlib Province and kill the first civilian since the start of the ceasefire agreement in “Putin – Erdogan” area about 65 hours ago

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a woman in the rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces just before Sunday afternoon on Bidama town in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur west of Idlib, and the bombing injured 5 people, while the jihadi factions targeted places controlled by the regime forces in Slenfeh area and its surroundings in Latakia countryside, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory just published that the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2 children affected by wounded they had in air and ground shelling on “Putin – Erdogan” area, one of them died affected by injuries he had in bombing on Marshourin village in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man a few days ago, and the other one died affected by injuries he had in rocket shelling by the regime forces on Jisr al-Shughur city 3 days ago, and in the same context, the regime forces renewed the shelling on al-Lataminah town and its surroundings in the northern countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory just published that the regime forces continue violating the ceasefire agreement through their repeated targeting of areas in the countryside of Hama and Idlib since Sunday morning, where it rose to at least 175, the number of shells launched by the regime forces on al-Zakat, al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita, and the vicinity of Morek in the northern countryside of Hama, and Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the aerial bombardment is still stopped in “Putin – Erdogan” area, and the Syrian Observatory published before this noon that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fall of several shells launched by the regime forces on Sunday morning targeting al-Zakat village, the surrounding of the towns of Morek and al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama, which caused injuries in Morek and al-Zakat, but other than that, the cautious calm remains the master of situation in the “de-escalation” area, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that relative and cautious calm continues within “Putin – Erdogan” area, as the new ceasefire agreement enters its third day in a row, where warplanes of the regime and the Russian “guarantor” are still absent from the skies since before the start of the agreement until now, which is the first time in which the airstrikes have stopped for more than 48 hours since the start of the most violent escalation, while the continuous calm on its third day is interrupted by artillery shells launched by the regime after midnight of yesterday on places in al-Zakat and Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, which has been witnessing sporadic shelling since the first day of the agreement, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that with the end of the 2nd day of the ceasefire agreement witnessed in the 4 sectors of “Putin – Erdogan” area, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored during this day, targeting by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham using a guided missile for a tank of the regime forces, in al-Jabin area in the northwestern countryside of Hama, which destroyed it and killed its driver, the SOHR also documented the fall of shells sporadically from time to time by the regime forces on towns and villages at the northern countryside of Hama, especially the areas of Al-Zakah, Al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita, it also documented the fall of several rocket shells fired by the regime forces on the Abandoned Battalion area in the eastern countryside of Idlib, also the Jihadi factions targeted using several rocket shells locations of the regime forces in Tal Hawash area and al-Mestriha in Sahl al-Ghab, and al- Qassabiyyeh area in the southern countryside of Idlib, also rocket shells launched by the factions and fell on the regime-controlled neighborhood of Nile Street in Aleppo city, which caused injuries, but other than that, the cautious calm continues in the whole area of “Putin-Erdogan”, while the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of a member of the regime forces after being hit by sniper fire by the jihadi groups in the area of Al-Hakourah in the western countryside of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2918, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 3rd of August 2019, and they are: 865 civilians including 215 children and 160 citizen women, and they are 149 including 31 children and 35 women, and 6 of the civil defense and 3 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 63 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 473 including 130 children, 80 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 104 people including 19 women and 19 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 75 citizens including 25 children and 13 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1069 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 669 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 984 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 2nd of August 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3447 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1151 civilians including 297 children under the age of eighteen and 224 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 101 people including 30 children under the age of eighteen and 17 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1155 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 714 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1141 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3677 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1234 civilians including 326 children and 238 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 102 people including 30 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1222 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 727 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1221 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
