About 100 airstrikes carried out by warplanes of the regime and the Russian “guarantor” mostly on the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, killing and injuring more than 15 civilians

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more civilian casualties in the heavy aerial bombardment that targeted areas in Idlib countryside, where a man and a child were killed and 10 others were injured in the fall of bombs barrel on Talmanas town in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man city, while it rose to 4 including a woman, the number of people who were killed in bombing by the Russian warplanes on Deir Gharbi village in Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside on Wednesday, also a person died affected by injuries he had in airstrikes carried out by regime’s warplanes on Ariha city south of Idlib.

In the same context, the violent clashes have taking place since after midnight of yesterday in areas at Kabani hills in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, between factions and Jihadi groups against the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, in repeated attempts by the latter to advance in the area with ground and air cover, and information about casualties in the ranks of both parties, while a member of the regime forces was killed in targeting by snipers of the factions in Khribet al-Naqous area at Sahl al-Ghab, while regime’s warplanes and warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” continue to bomb “Putin –  Erdogan” area, where the bombing is concentrated on the southeastern countryside of Idlib, where regime’s warplanes carried out about 29 airstrikes targeting Marshourin, Talmanas, Deir al-Sharqi, Jarjanaz, al-Halba and areas in the southern countryside of Idlib.

While the helicopters dropped about 39 barrel bombs on the towns and villages of Kafruma, al-Ftirah, Hish, Tahtaya, al-Deir al-Gharbi, Talmanas, al-Ghadqa, Jarjanaz, al-Raffa, and al-Halba, also warplanes of the Russian guarantor carried out about 17 raids on Kabani in the northern countryside of Latakia, and al-Ghadqa and outskirts of al-Hamdiyyeh in the southern Idlib countryside, the regime forces also launched tens of shells on areas in al-Rashedin and the Scientific Research on the outskirts of Aleppo, Kabani in Latakia countryside, al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab, and areas in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3739, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 22nd of August 2019, and they are: 976 civilians including 243 children and 174 citizen women, and they are 216 including 43 children and 42 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 75 including 16 women and 12 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 501 including 142 children, 83 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 109 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 79 citizens including 26 children and 13 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1491 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 979 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1270 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 21st of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4265 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1261 civilians including 325 children under the age of eighteen and 238 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 105 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 17 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1577  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1024 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1427 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4495 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1344 civilians including 354 children and 252 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 106 people including 31 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1644 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1126 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1507 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
