Russian warplanes renew their heavy bombardment on the “de-escalation” area and kill 3 civilians including a woman and her child south of Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 3 civilians including a woman and her child, after Russian warplanes bombed Bsaqla village in the southern countryside of Idlib on Monday morning, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored continuous air and ground shelling on what is left of “Putin – Erdogan” area since after midnight of yesterday until now, where regime’s warplanes carried out more than 31 air strikes targeting Ihsim, Sfohen, Kafr Owaid, Kafrsajna, Rakaya, Bsaqla, Kafruma, and al-Ftirah south of Idlib, also the Russian warplanes carried out 20 airstrikes on areas in Ihsim, Ma’aret Hurmah, the surrounding of Kafr Nubl in the southern countryside of Idlib, al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, while the helicopters dropped 18 barrel bomb on places in Kafr Nubl, Ma’aret Hurmah, the vicinity of Kansafra, and al-Bara in the southern countryside of Idlib, also the regime forces targeted by shells and missiles areas in Idlib countryside in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, Latakia mountains, and areas in Aleppo countryside.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3870, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 26th of August 2019, and they are: 995 civilians including 246 children and 177 citizen women, and they are 219 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 79 including 16 women and 13 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 507 including 142 children, 85 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 110 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1550  fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1028 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1325 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 26th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4398 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1280 civilians including 328 children under the age of eighteen and 241 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1636  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1063 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1482 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4628 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1363 civilians including 357 children and 255 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 16 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1703 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1165 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1562 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
