The violent clashes continue east Khan Shaykhun city and the factions and jihadi groups advance at the expense of the regime forces, and more casualties raise the death toll to 60 of both parties

The Syrian Observatory documented the death of a civilian in missile shelling carried out by the regime forces Tuesday morning on Kafr Nubl town in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the clashes continue at a violent pace in areas of al-Sallumiyah, al-Jadu’eiyah, Tal Maraq, Shamm al-Hawa, and Abu Omar east of Khan Shaykhun city in the eastern countryside of Idlib, between the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, Ansar al-Tawhid, Hurras al-Dien and other jihadi groups, in a continuous attack by the latter on the area, where at least 2 booby-trapped cars were detonated in the area, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the factions and Jihadis were able to advance and take control of the villages of al-Sallumiyah and Abu Omar, in addition to advancing in Sham al-Hawa, also the clashes are accompanied by intensive aerial bombardment and violent exchange of ground shelling, while the Syrian Observatory documented more casualties in the ranks of both parties, where it rose to 23 including 16 Jihadis, the number of fighters how were killed today, also it rose to 29, the number of casualties of the regime forces and militias loyal to them, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, in addition to information about other casualties.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3963, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 27th of August 2019, and they are: 1007 civilians including 248 children and 177 citizen women, and they are 223 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 79 including 16 women and 13 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 514 including 144 children, 85 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 111 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1590 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1049 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1366 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 27th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4491 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1292 civilians including 330 children under the age of eighteen and 241 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1676 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1084 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1523 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4721 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1375 civilians including 359 children and 255 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1743 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1186 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1603 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
