More than 1000 air and ground strikes targeted “Putin – Erdogan” area today leaving 15 civilian casualties in Idlib countryside

It rose to 15, the number of people who were killed today due to the aerial and ground bombardment on Idlib countryside, they are: 11 citizens including a woman and 4 of her children who were killed in a horrific massacre carried out by the regime’s warplanes after targeting residential neighborhoods in Maarrat Al-Nu’man city in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to the presence of about 30 injuries some of whom have seriously injured which may raise the death toll, a man and a child girl were killed in bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Maasaran village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, another citizen was killed due to Russian bombardment that targeted the farms of Al-Taman’aa town south of Idlib, an a man was killed as a result of rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on Jarjnaz town in the eastern countryside of Idlib.

While the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored intense rocket and aerial bombardment by the regime forces on the areas of Al-Khwayn and Al-Taman’aa east of Khan Shaykhun along with the eruption of fierce clashes between the rebel factions and jihadi groups on one hand, and the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on the other, in the area of Al-Khwayn east of Idlib.

While it rose to 82, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on al-Tah, Jarjanaz, Deir Sharqi, Saraqib, Talmanas, Maarshourin, Al-Ghadqah, Tal Mardikh, Maasran, Jarjnaz, Maarrat al-Nu’man and other areas in Maarrat al-Nu’man countryside in the eastern sector of Idlib province, Al-Sherkah, Jib Suliman, Shahrnaz and Midan Ghazal in Jabal Shashabo in the western countryside of Hama, while it rose to 49, the number of airstrikes carried out by the Russian warplanes on places in al-Tamanah, Ma’saran, Tal al-Debs, al-Tah, Ma’aret Hurmah, Kafrsajna, Balshoun, Mashoun, Ihsim, Al-Sherkah, Jib Suliman, Shahrnaz and Midan Ghazal in Jabal Shashabo, and Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, while it rose to 40, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Kabana area, al-Tamanah, Al-Hamdiyeh, Maarshmarin, Deir Sharqi and Tal Al-Sheikh in the southern countryside of Idlib, while it rose to 850, the number of shells and missiles launched by the regime forces on places in Kafr Nubl and the towns of Hass, Jarjanaz, al-Tah, al-Deir al-Sharqi, al-Deir al-Gharbi, Kafrsajna, al-Aamriyyeh, al-Sheikh Mustafa, al-Rakaya, al-Tamanah, Al-Khwayn and al-Naqir in the southern countryside of Idlib, and al-Ankawi, Khirbet al-Naqous, and al-Manara in the northwestern countryside of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3995, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 28th of August 2019, and they are: 1031 civilians including 256 children and 181 citizen women, and they are 224 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 527 including 149 children, 86 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 112 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1595 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1049 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1369 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 28th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4523 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1316 civilians including 337 children under the age of eighteen and 245 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1681  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1084 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1526 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4753 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1399 civilians including 366 children and 259 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1748 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1186 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1606 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
