After the meeting between Putin and Erdogan and with the support of intensive aerial and ground bombardment…the regime forces control 5 new towns and farms in both countryside of Khan Shaykhun and Maarrat Al-Nu’man and kill 19 citizens during the ongoing bombardment since yesterday

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 3 citizens including a citizen woman due to bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Al-Tah village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, while areas in both eastern and southern countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man are witnessing continued violent clashes between the rebel and Islamic factions and jihadi groups on one hand, and the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them backed by Russia on the other, after the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them imposed their control over the farms of Al-Khwayn hours ago, the Syrian Observatory learned that the regime forces managed to take the control of new areas in the east of Maarrat Al-Nu’man represented by taking the control of Al-Zarzur village, Al-Taman’aa and its farms, Sakiyat and Tal Aghbar, and in the same context, warplanes of the Russian guarantor and the Syrian regime are continuing their bombardment on Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside, where the helicopters dropped about 25 barrel bombs on Jarjnaz, Al-Tah, Al-Taman’aa, and the clash areas in the eastern parts of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, while the SOHR documented 36 raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes on Al-Tah, Al-Taman’aa, Jarjnaz, Um Jalal, and areas in the eastern countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, while the Russian warplanes carried out 22 raids through which they targeted the area of Al-Khwayn, Al-Tah, Al-Taman’aa, the vicinity of Binnish and Maarshamshah in Idlib countryside, and area of Kabana in Latakia countryside, also the regime forces launched hundreds of shells and missiles on Al-Zarzur Farms, Um Jalal, Al-Taman’aa in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, the area of Kabana in the northern countryside of Latakia, and areas in Jabal Shashaboo and Sahl Al-Ghab in the northern and western countryside of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 3999, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 28th of August 2019, and they are: 1035 civilians including 258 children and 183 citizen women, and they are 224 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 528 including 151 children, 87 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 112 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1595 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1049 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1369 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 28th of August 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4527 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1320 civilians including 339 children under the age of eighteen and 247 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1681  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1084 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1526 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4757 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1403 civilians including 368 children and 261 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1748 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1186 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1606 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
