Cautious calm continues during the 4th day of the ceasefire agreement within “Putin – Erdogan” area interrupted by some rocket shells on the area

Activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fall of several rocket shells on areas in Kafr Nubl and Hass in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to several rocket shells through which the regime forces targeted the area of Zammar in the southern countryside of Aleppo, other than that, cautious calm is prevailing the “de-escalation” zone during the 4th day of the ceasefire new agreement in the area, and the SOHR published this morning that the new ceasefire entered its 4th day in a row with continuous cautious and relative calm within the entire area of “Putin-Erdogan,” which is stretching from the northeastern mountains of Latakia to the northwestern suburbs of Aleppo city, and passes through the countryside of Hama and Idlib, interrupted by exchanged artillery and missile shelling every now and then, the Syrian Observatory monitored targeting after midnight of yesterday by the regime forces using several rocket shells against places in Ma’aret Hurmah, Rakaya, and Kafrsajna in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, also warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” and the regime continue to be absent from the “de-escalation” area since Saturday morning the 31st of August 2019.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4114, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 2nd of September 2019, and they are: 1048 civilians including 261 children and 186 citizen women, and they are 226 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 539 including 154 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 115 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 80 citizens including 26 children and 14 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1667 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1087 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1399 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 1st of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4639 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1331 civilians including 342 children under the age of eighteen and 250 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 106 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 18 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1753  fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1122 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1555 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4870 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1414 civilians including 371 children and 264 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 107 people including 31 children and 19 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1820 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1224 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1636 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
