After few hours of cautious calm. the regime forces shell again what is left of “Putin – Erdogan” area as aerial bombardment has stopped more than 100 hours ago

The regime forces renewed the rocket shelling Wednesday morning on what is left of the “de-escalation” area, where they targeted by rocket shells places in Kafr Nubl, Sheikh Mustafa, Ma’aret Hurmah, and Hish in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to Hwyja in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, while “Putin – Erdogan” area is witnessed the continued cessation of airstrikes since last Friday evening, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that activists at the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes with medium and light weapons, accompanied by artillery shelling between the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions and the jihadi groups, in Tahtaya area in the southern countryside of Idlib, in an attempt by members of the first to sneak towards points of factions in the area, in order to be able to advance in several points in the area and withdraw after the clashes that took place, without any change in the control map, coincided with the flight of Russian reconnaissance drones in the airspace of the area, also the regime forces continued their shelling this evening, where the Syrian Observatory documented shelling targeted the villages of al-Sirmaniyah and al-Mansoura in the western countryside of Hama, and Tal al-Shih, al-Farja, and Om Jalal in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, while the Syrian Observatory documented hours earlier that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a member of the Islamic factions by sniper of the regime forces in al-Naqir town in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to the death of a member of the regime forces by sniper of the factions in the northern countryside of Hama, this comes as part of the daily targeting of contact points between the Islamic and jihadi factions against the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, and in the same context, the Islamic factions launched mortars shells on points and positions of the regime forces within al-Hwaiz town in Sahl al-Ghab at the western countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, also the Syrian Observatory monitored artillery and rocket shelling targeted Kafr Nubl city and the towns of Hass, Kafruma, Armanaya, Hazarin, Ma’aret Hurmah, and Kansafra in the southern countryside of Idlib, where the ground shelling continues at a violent pace in the “de-escalation” area, raising to more than 170, the number of rocket shells launched by the regime forces since the dawn of Tuesday on places in Samkeh, Bran, Tremla, Ma’aret Hurmah, Karsa’a, Baarbu, Kafr Nubl, Hish, Kafrsajna, Tremla, and other areas in the southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, and Tal Wasit, al-Qahira, and al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab at the western countryside of Hama, and areas of Kabani, al-Khader, and al-Teffahiyyeh in the northern countryside of Latakia, and Dwayr al-Akrad and al-Sermaniyyeh area in the northwestern countryside of Hama, but no information yet about casualties.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4144, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 17th of September 2019, and they are: 1064 civilians including 264 children and 189 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 125 people including 22 women and 23 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1673 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1407 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 17th of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4669 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1347 civilians including 345 children under the age of eighteen and 253 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1759 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1563 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4900 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1430 civilians including 374 children and 267 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1825 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1646 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
