Jihadist factions shell regime’s positions in Jabal al-Turkman in conjunction with the fall of several rocket shells on areas south of Idlib and Latakia countryside

The Jihadi factions launched artillery shells on positions of the regime forces in al-Ziyara area and al-Bayda in Jabal al-Turkman north of Latakia, while the regime forces shelled areas in Jabal al-Turkman and Kabani in Jabal al-Akrad, in addition to targeting roads leading to areas in Latakia countryside, while villages and towns of Sheikh Mustafa, Maarzita, Kafrsajna, and Rakaya in the southern countryside of Idlib were under sporadic rocket shelling, but other than that the cautious calm still prevails the 4 sectors of “Putin – Erdogan” area since after midnight of yesterday until now, interrupted by the breaches every now and then, and the Syrian Observatory for human rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored cautious calm in the 4 sectors of “Putin – Erdogan” area since after midnight of yesterday until this morning, where the regime forces breached again the cautious calm this morning, through ground rocket shelling targeted places in Arinbeh, Karsa’a, al-Sahriyya, Deir Senbul, Baarbu and Tremla in Jabal Shashabo, and Kabani area in Latakia countryside, while the Syrian Observatory was monitored yesterday evening that it monitored shelling by the regime forces by several rocket shells targeting the towns of Hazarin, Maarrat Hurmah and Tal Tuqan in the southern countryside of Idlib, and the area of Kabana in the northern countryside of Latakia, other than that, cautious calm is prevailing all of the four sectors of “Putin – Erdogan” area, while the Syrian Observatory documented during this day, the killing of a member of the regime forces by snipers of the jihadi factions in al-Hakura area at Sahl al-Ghab, during an exchange of shelling and clashes yesterday, and in the same context, the sporadic artillery and missile shelling continues to target what is left of the “de-escalation” area, where the regime forces shelled after midnight of yesterday and this morning Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and Kafr Nubl, Hazarin, and Kafrsajna in the southern countryside of Idlib, and in the same context, the regime forces launched on Wednesday more than 325 rocket shells targeting the “de-escalation” area, about half of which targeted south of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4145, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 19th of September 2019, and they are: 1064 civilians including 264 children and 189 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 125 people including 22 women and 23 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1673 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1408 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 19th of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4670 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1347 civilians including 345 children under the age of eighteen and 253 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1759 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1564 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4901 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1430 civilians including 374 children and 267 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1825 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1647 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
