A Corps close to Turkey arrests a hospital guard west of Idlib for personal reasons and Tahrir al-Sham arrests mosque Sheikh on charge of “association with ISIS” north of the city

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory monitored an assault by members of al-Sham Corps which is close to Turkey on a guard of al-Qeniyyeh Hospital north of Jisr al-Shughur, for reasons believed to be personal, and he was taken to an unknown place until the moment, this happened today, Friday the 20th of September 2019, followed by handing the abducted man to the security force of Tahrir al-Sham, then members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham arrested members the al-Sham Corps for their assault and arrest of the guard for personal reasons, and in the same context, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham arrested a sheikh and imam of a mosque in Harem city on charge of being linked to the “Islamic State” Organization, where he was taken to an unknown destination, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 20th of September 2019 that local sources informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the security services of “Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham” have arrested a citizen from his house in Idlib city on charge of “insulting ALLAH”, where he was taken to one of its prisons in the area as his health situation is significantly deteriorated.

And the Syrian Observatory published on the 15th of September 2019, that the citizens who move between the areas dominated by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and the controlled areas of the Turkish forces and the factions loyal to them, are suffering form a partial closure of Deir Ballut crossing in the north of Atma town by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, where it is closed every day with the beginning of the evening, in which columns of civilians’ vehicles spend night in the open near the crossing, and in connection to this, Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham which is in control of one side of the crossing, closes it every day at 7:00 pm, which force the passengers to wait until morning, where this problem is being aggravated especially the weather is getting colder which force the families, men, women and children to sleep together in the locked cars or under the olive trees.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 12th of September 2019, that members of a security checkpoint belongs to “Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham” shot an activist working for a civil society organizations who is from Joseph village in Jabal al-Zawiyah; while he was trying to arrest him on one of the checkpoints that belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham near Mahmbel town in the western countryside of Idlib, which caused several gunshot wounds to the activist and he was taken to a field hospital in the area, then a security force of “Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham” arrested him from inside the field hospital and transferred him to one of its prisons in Idlib province without explaining the reasons for the arrest.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 11th of September 2019 that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the security force of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham arrested a media activist close to it, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: security members of Tahrir al-Sham stormed the house of the activist in Idlib city without regard to the sanctity of the house, and there was several information about the reasons for his arrest, including taking pictures for the area that was bombed by the Coalition a few days ago, and other relating to the case of Abu al-And Asheddaa the leader in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and it is believed that he was arrested because of his criticism of the Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham on the social media, where the activist wrote advising all those who are in charge of the “matters of the Muslims” to “fear Allah” in their actions, rectify their wrongs, be kind to those who are against them, get closer to the people, and bring the rights back to their owners.
