The regime’s helicopters renew their bombardment by explosive barrels on Latakia countryside amid ground shelling that targeted the countryside of Latakia and Hama within “Putin – Erdogan” area

The helicopters renewed their bombardment by barrel bombs on the area of Kabana in the northern countryside of Latakia, while the regime forces stationed in Jurin Camp, shelled the areas of Latakia countryside and the roads to Kabana area, the rocket shelling also targeted areas in Al-Sermaniyyeh and Sahl Al-Ghab in the northern countryside of Hama, other than that, cautious and relative calm has been prevailing the sectors of “Putin – Erdogan” area, and the the SOHR monitored hours ago missile shelling by the Islamic factions targeting Mdaya area in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces launched missile shells on Ma’aret Hurmah town in the southern countryside of Idlib, but other than that; the relative cautious calm continues within the four areas of “Putin – Erdogan”, while activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a large convoy consists of tens of buses loaded with soldiers of the Syrian regime as well as tens of military vehicles, on the road of Salamiyah east of Hama city heading towards areas in the western countryside of Aleppo, and in another context, the regime forces renewed the rocket shelling on areas in Rakaya, Sheikh Mustafa, and Maarzita south of Idlib, in conjunction with the flight of Russian drones over the area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published a short time ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of a member of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and the injury of others; as a result of shelling by the Islamic factions targeted Shalaf area and its surroundings in Latakia countryside with rocket shells yesterday.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4148, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 23rd  of September 2019, and they are: 1065 civilians including 264 children and 189 citizen women, and they are 228 including 44 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 91 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 126 people including 22 women and 23 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1673 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1088 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1410 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 23rd of September 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4673 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1348 civilians including 345 children under the age of eighteen and 253 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1759 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1123 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1566of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 4904 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1431 civilians including 374 children and 267 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1825 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1225 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1649 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
