Unidentified gunmen assassinate the “one who is in charge of communication with the Civil Council” by shooting him in Al-Busayrah city east of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: 2 unidentified gunmen on a motorcycle shot the “one who is in charge of communication with the Civil Council” in Al-Busayrah city, today evening, Monday, which injured him seriously, but he died later affected by his injury, and with the fall of more casualties, it rose to 372, fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people killed in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 110 civilians including 6 children and 5 women in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 258 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human documented tens of injuries due to these assassinations.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that an explosion rocked al-Jerthi town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, caused by the explosion of a landmine while a military vehicle affiliated to the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) was passing, which resulted in the injury of 7 members with varying severity, and the SOHR published on the 4th of October 2019, that armed men believed to be of the “Islamic State” Organization blew up the “Civil Council” building of the “Syria Democratic Forces” in al-Dahla village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor after detonating it with IEDs, which caused widespread destruction in the building but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 1st of October 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that an IED exploded Tuesday morning on the road of al-Omar oilfield in Deir Ezzor countryside; when a car carrying employees was passing through the field, which killed 3 of the employees, while sources informed h “Syrian Observatory” that the IED exploded after a column of the Syria Democratic Forces passed from the area, where it appears that the target was a column of “SDF”
