Clashes and security tensions between displaced people of al-Ghouta and the security forces of “al-Sham Corps” in Fu’aa town

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that members of al-Sham Corps tried to get families of Darayya’s displaced people out of al-Fu’aa town where they live at gunpoint, which was rejected by residents of the houses and developed into an exchange of beatings with hands and white weapons between both parties, and firing in the air, which terrified women and children in the area, while the Corps’ security forces arrested one of the displaced people of Darayya and took him to al-Sham Corps’ security force building in the town, and after the civilian’s arrest, a group of young members of Darayya attacked members of the Corps inside the building, and a fire exchange took place between both parties, but no information about casualties.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 8th of October 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from reliable sources that members affiliated to “Al-Sham Corps” in Tal Al-Sultan village, cruelly assaulted a young man from Tal Al-Sultan village in the eastern countryside of Idlib, because of shepherding sheep at the outskirts of the village, near the frontlines with the regime forces.
