The Russian warplanes renewed their raids targeting Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, raising the number of the airstrikes carried out by the Russian warplanes since midnight of yesterday until now to 20, while the “Syrian Observatory” monitored the military reinforcements brought by the regime forces to areas at Latakia countryside in Kabani and Jabal al-Turkman, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this afternoon raids by the Russian warplanes targeted the towns of Rakaya Sajna and Tal al-Nar for the 3rd time, also the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and in the same context, clashes and artillery shelling are taking place in Kabani area in Latakia countryside, in addition to intense artillery shelling of positions of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the countryside of Latakia, while areas at the southern countryside of Idlib are still witnessing shelling targeted the northern areas of Khan Shaykhun in the southern countryside of Idlib.

In the same context, Russian warplanes carried out several raids targeting Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, they also targeted Rakaya Sajna and the vicinity of Tahtaya town in the southern countryside of Idlib with 4 consecutive raids, in conjunction with the flight of reconnaissance drones over the skies of the area, and in another context, the Islamic factions responded to an infiltration attempt carried out by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in al-Hwaiz area in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, also violent clashes took place and lasted for the morning hours; between the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them against the Islamic factions, in the southern countryside of Idlib in Kafrsajna, coincided with heavy artillery shelling targeted Kafrsajna town and its vicinity, and information about casualties.
