A new medical convoy of about 200 vehicles joins the convoy which has been parked since morning 7 km away of Ras al-Ayn city, as they are still prevented from entering the city by the Ankara-loyal factions

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a large medical convoy belongs to the Kurdish Red Crescent, consists of about 200 vehicles carrying medical materials and first aid, had set off from Tal Tamr town towards Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city; to join the convoy which has been parked since this morning at al-Mashrafa village, which is about 7 km away of Ras al-Ayn, because the Turkey-loyal factions do not allow them to pass towards the city by targeting the perimeter of the column, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the Turkey-loyal factions are preventing the Kurdish Red Crescent convoy and an American humanitarian organization from passing through and reaching Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city, to evacuate the wounded and injuries people there, where the factions are targeting the convoy which is parked near one of the entrances of Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) from the side of Tal Tamr  town
