“Observatory’s Lens”: Russian patrol enters Ain al-Arab (Kobani) as part of the Russian – Turkish agreement for the east Euphrates area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this morning a partial return of life in Darbasiyah city after the Russian – Turkish agreement about the east Euphrates area, and according to sources of the Syrian Observatory: life has partially returned to the city market and the movement of cars partly started to return to normal, while several displaced people continue to return to their homes, amid cautious calm ahead of the implementation of the agreement between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The Syrian Observatory published yesterday that Darbasiyah city in al-Hasakah countryside witnessed the displacement of people in the past few hours, where a large number of elderly people and children and women have displaced from al-Hasaka city, and according to what the sources said: the citizens are staying in roads and parks of al-Hasakah city; due to the huge amount of people who displaced to the city from different areas against the background of the Turkish military operations
